Kat was a great hairdresser. Did an amazing job rolling my hair for a perm. BUT, I got no curl. It was just a little wiggle and after waiting 4 days to wash it it just went away. I text and left her a message but have not heard anything. I wanted curls! She knew that. I spent $85+ tip and got nothing. I deserve a redo! I had it done for a trip and a wedding and could not have been sadder

Great haircut. Charming young lady with a sweet personality and smile. I walked in without an appointment and she took me right in. We deceased how I wanted my haircut and the stylist suggested a few things and I went with her suggestion and was very pleased. Recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely terrible stylists. My hair is long on one side and almost a whole on tge ither side. These girls just start cutting. Dint section off your hair or use a guide. A five year old could do better. Did tgese girls even go to cosmotology school???? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

To be honest I'm very disappointed in my hair. I was told it was going to be a darker color with a tint of red. It turned out a cherry cola red. The hair color is completely different then what I was told it would be. I'm very upset and horrified. I really was excited that it would be great experience and I couldn't believe how it flipped. In a matter of seconds from getting my hair washed and hearing the hair stylists discussing my hair and saying how she accidentally must have mixed the color a cherry cola red and she wasn't mad to the other stylist (her words) I instantly went into a panic attack. I went to the chair and she only dried a portion of my hair and didn't brush out my hair I had to do that myself. Then return to work hysterical. I know it's only hair however I never treat myself it had been over ten years since I have done anything to my hair and was very excited about this. I didn't express myself to the stylist who was the manager because if I did I would have had a nervous breakdown with reality. Overall not a good day for me. And I hate my hair. To be honest I wish I had not paid for the service I feel like I wasted my money and I felt obligated to tip. I've been so upset. Every single person I come into contact with tells me that my hair color doesn't look right on me and how I should change it. Not one person tells me how nice it looks. NOT ONE COMPLEMENT!! That says everything. This is not the color I was told it would be. The simple fact she didn't brush it after was ridiculous or blow dry it was crazy. Just a small second was insane. I honestly don't know what to do at this point. I can't call and ask for the manager because kat who did my hair was the manager!! So what's the next step!! It's been a few days since this has happened and I still cry when I look in the mirror. I hope someone else has a better experience.

My son is 3 and has a hard time sitting still. His stylist was very patient with him and most importantly kind to him. The last time we went the girl got frustrated that he wouldn’t sit still. Sadly we’re limited on hair cutting places here in Bedford so I gave it another shot. Very glad I did because they’re def the most affordable. She was great! And his hair looks wonderful!
