I like to give nail salons more than one try before I give a review. I went in for the first time 2 weeks ago and although she was a little rough, I was satisfied with how my nails looked. I decided to go back again expecting that I would leave satisfied with my nails but I did not. The first 3 photos I took immediately after I left the salon on 9/7. The last one I took the next day 9/8. This is not quality. I was and still am very disappointed.

The service was prompt, the salon was clean, and the staff were kind. That said, there are several areas that need improvement. First, sanitation: the purple foot scrubber wasn’t sealed in packaging. Second, booking: the online system doesn’t allow you to add a design for a pedicure. I usually get designs and expected to be able to request one in person. Instead, I was told I hadn’t booked for it. It seemed like there was confusion—possibly they thought I meant nail designs for my hands. If designs take extra time, the booking system should reflect that. I would have gladly come back later or been booked in another slot. Instead, I felt admonished in front of other customers, which was uncomfortable, and I ended up settling for one toe design instead of the two I wanted. Third, quality of work: the polish application on my toes didn’t fully cover the nails, leaving some bare spots. On top of that, my left-hand nails were noticeably longer than my right-hand nails, which I had to fix myself afterward. I’m not saying I had to be accommodated on the spot, but clearer booking options, better communication, improved sanitation, and more attention to detail in the actual nail work would have made the experience much better.

I've been coming to this location for about 6 months. The location is perfect for me. There's always available parking. I am always greeted warmly when I come in. They even offer free waters and cokes for customers. They also have a rewards program. Check-in each time you arrive to get credit for your visit. Every dollar is worth a point, and for every 500 points you receive $10 off. I love that I can book my appointments online and pick my nail tech. You can also pay by Venmo or Zelle as well. I came from another nail salon and followed Rosie here, because she has always done my pedicures and is the best. She is extremely personable and funny. My husband and I fight over her. The pedicure chairs are new with fancy remote control massage features. I also see Tommy for my manicures. He does an amazing job of with nail art and I always like to try new techniques whenever I come to see him. He is a perfectionist, so block out some time, but you will always be happy with the end product. I typically get powder dip for my nails. My nails rarely break. and they usually last 2 to sometimes 3 weeks. They can do dipping powder, gel, cat eye, tap, and hybrid gel techniques. There are other services available as well. The bathrooms are clean, and there are private rooms for their waxing services.

Tom and Jenny are amazing at everything they offer at lush nail bar! I really enjoy the cuticle care Tom does! The salon is always clean, has good energy and good music playing. 10/10 highly recommend Tom for long nails and designs and Jenny for pedicures! I am never disappointed at the attention to detail, and respect they give to each client! Thank you so very much! ! See you in another 3-4 weeks!

This was my third time here. They not only took care of my needs but Tom was amazing! I will definitely be back and booking Tom. Loved the service I received when I came back thank you guys for everything you do and for the professionalism.

First let me start off saying that I’m super picky and I annoy myself with how picky I can be. So it’s very very hard for me to fine a good nail tech. But I’m happy to say I had my nails done by Tom and Im happy with the results! From the moment I sat down, Tom was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my style. He pays attention to detail on every nail. The polish application was flawless. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and took extra care to ensure the health of my nails. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails. I highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a skilled, creative, and caring nail technician. Everyone was so friendly and always smiling.

Tom does an absolutely incredible job! I wouldn’t trade him for the world! Every single employee here makes you feel like family. Everyone here is extremely clean and professional! The salon has a very calming low key vibe and it’s really truly relaxing. I absolutely love it here!
