Best Nails

I can always trust the staff at Best Nails to take care of me! I especially loved the nails I had done here yesterday, but I have always enjoyed the services I receive and have never left with any nicked cuticles or polish on my skin.

I’ve been to This Best Nails twice this summer. I give them a five star because I like a speedy mani and pedi. I am usually in and out in an hour. I am also completely satisfied with the quality of my mani pedi. If you are looking for a nail “experience” perhaps this isn’t your place. If you are looking for quality and speed, Best Nails check the box. I also think all the ladies are very pleasant. No issues here for me!

I love these ladies. Linda is the best. When she does my nails they last forever! The nails are great, technique is great, and you get what you pay for.

Best Nails is our favorite place to come, HANDS AND FEET down! Lee and team are courteous, talented, and treat you like family.

This was my first time at this place. I was very disappointed. They were in a hurry and rushed on my manicure and pedicure and pushed us out, more than 15 minutes before closing time. They had two ladies working at the same time, one on a manicure and one on a pedicure. They were hurried and doing a poor job. The lady painting my nails did not care to do a good job. There were bubbles in the paint, when I asked her to fix them she was rude and hurried to repaint, however I left the place with terrible looking nails. My pedicure was painful, I kept telling her ouch because she was so hurried she was not being careful or doing a good job. She didn’t even do a foot scrip, remove calluses and the massage was about 1 minute long. To make matters worse, I was overcharged on my credit card. Don’t trust this place! Your time and money is better spent elsewhere!

Love ❤️ love this place. It is fast. I can be in and out in an hour for pedi and mani. They place special attention to disinfecting the equipment which is what is important to us. If you ever had infection from pedi equipment you learn to appreciate that. The service is really good and the ladies has been there for years. We appreciate their service!

The worst service I’ve ever gotten. I have gotten my nails done for years and never once had a bad service. I got a gift card to this place for my birthday so I was excited to try a new place. They rushed through the entire thing! My acrylic nails didn’t get shaped even after asking three times for them to be reshaped… the worst part was the nail polish went all over my cuticle and on my actual skin. My little sister paints my nails better than this lady. They also didn’t do gel after I asked for it. They did regular polish then yelled next to the lady waiting after me. I drove to a different nail salon right after this with wet nail polish all over my nails and fingers lol. The other place had to reshape my nails and take all the polish off. Will never go back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Before I could even show them the nails I wanted, they told me they couldn’t do my nails. She said she needed an hour. I came in at 5:20, THEY CLOSE AT 7??? She said she didn’t have enough people to do my nails and feet. I walk in and there’s 4 workers laying and sitting on the couch. I had a $150 GIFT CARD and I just gave it to someone in the shop to use because I will NOT BE COMING BACK. It was giving racist and prejudice. I’m so upset.

I live down the street and this is my favorite spot. They can always fit me in same day when I call ahead. The place is very clean but a little dated. They have a huge selection of gel colors and so many fun bright and trendy options. They do a great job and I'm always pleased with my pedicures. I regularly go every 4-6 weeks and their prices are very reasonably.

Would not recommend. They got me in quickly and were friendly, but the quality of the gel manicure was subpar. She did not cover the entire nail for all of my nails. For most, there were distinct empty borders around the edges, but they were inconsistent and uneven in such a way that it was clear they were not intentionally done as a stylistic choice. The nail polish started chipping within a few days, which was super disappointing. That's why I pay the extra for the gel, so they last longer without chipping. And after about a week, the first gel nail peeled off entirely... a second one soon followed before I went to another salon to get them redone. And for the price I paid, normally manicures come with a hand massage, but I did not get one.
