Pro Nails

Just had a gel pedi, job was very rushed and she did not push back the cuticles or trim around the nails. Worst part was when she finished she rinsed off the towels she used for my legs, folded them and put back in the warmer. It had been a while since I was here, but never again!!

The lady did a great job this was the first time I had been in there.

By far the WORSE nail salon I have ever been to. I went in for a fill in and she rushed my nails, she was done with everything in 30 mins or less. I asked her to slow down and she wouldn’t. The paint job was HORRIBLE. My nails looked like a 2 year old kid painted them. Please do not visit this salon. Worse experience ever. I walked out and did not pay. These pictures are my nails one day later. I’m going to another salon today to get them fixed. These people suck.

I've been getting my nails done for 5+ years and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Even though the store was completely empty she rushed through the appointment and I ended up leaving with nails that weren't dry, shapped uniformly, filled properly, and with barely any top coat. Only go here if you want to waste your money because you'll have to go somewhere else the next day to get them fixed.

I should have know better due to past experiences But I thought “it’s been years so I’ll give them another try” Worst mistake, I got a gel pedicure and manicure and to be honest I don’t think she knew what she was doing. Half the time she was rushing and my nails look like a 2 year old painted them. There’s streaks and air bubbles, paint all over my skin (not to mention when she was filing my toes and nails she was filing my actual skin.) The only bonus is that they’re cheap but when you boil down to it, it’s definitely not worth it.

This nail salon is amazing your in and out they do a really good job definitely recommend this nail salon

I went in yesterday staff was nice, but you could tell that my 4 year old was getting on their nerves. But the girls speed is nice but I asked for coffin nails I did not get that, my nails already look like I have had them on for a week, i just got them done yesterday. Also the paint job is horrible. All together I will have to say I will not be going back here for my nails to be done.

I'm disappointed at the service my friend received. The lady actually damaged her nails by using the drill incorrectly. I was so embarrassed my friend was from out of town and I took her to a place that destroyed her nails. They didn't offer her a refund or anything. The woman tried to act like her nails were like that from the gel she took off smh. I'm not going back although the woman I go to does a decent job on my pedicures. However, that level of customer service doesn't deserve my patronage. It's a bummer cause it's so convenient sigh.

I have been a customer at Pro Nails, next to the Food Lion just before Ruckersville, VA, for ten years. The staff is very courteous, well trained and efficient. Some of the problems that I have experienced at other nail salons are not a factor here, such as nail techs taking phone calls while they are working on nails and doing a sloppy job. The are no loud conversations as the people on the job are mindful that they are at work. There are also waxing services and gel nail options.

I may just be overly sensitive because I am a hardworking momma who never pampers herself. I was expecting a pedicure- soap suds, scrubbing, massaging, maybe get a little extra and throw in the little wax or smell goods. Nothing! :( I had no soap, foot softener, or nothing. After practically crying and looking at my dry feet, she offered to repaint them as they looked as if a child painted them- they were still dry & poorly done. I tried explaining what would help, not sure it would help. It’s sad because they are sweet just not pleased with their work

Saw this place while in the area badly needed a manicure with clear polish,no waiting, Tina was very nice did a ok job, didn't not push away the dead skin around the cuticles, no buffing out the ridges and no hand massage, I think I'll go elsewhere next time, it was less than 20.00 you get what you pay for!

The polish must have been old, as it pulled away from my fingers in 3 days! They refused to do anything about it, even though I had pictures! Proof CS, and rush job on my mani… Do NOT go here!

Nails look horrible. Place is outdated & dirty. Prices are low but you get what you pay for. Do not recommend.

Worst job ever. Got a gel manicure, This was the worst experience I have ever had. Their work is super sloppy, it’s almost like they do not know what they are doing.

Probably could have done my nails better at home!waste of money going to this place...seems like they don't care how your nails look as long as they get some money from you🤨🙄not going back again that's for sure!! …

I should have read the reviews first. My gel manicure was very rushed and it was sloppy work. I will not go back there.

She was rushing my and my kids nails mines was messed up and kids nails was messed up and they nails fell off I don’t think anyone should go there mine and the kids mail was very sloppy

Horribly done! Nails looked worse when I left than before I got there. Never again will I go here. I paid to learn a lesson for sure!!

They painted n it was messy and also didn’t do a filling right and a nail broke 🤦🏽‍♀️ …

Fused my nails to my skin with acrylic, put nails on wonky, kept filing my actual skin. Bad.
