I think this business is doing a great job. I always get a solid service and my daughter (7yrs old) always feel comfortable and happy to go to which ever professional is available. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Donna for years. Great Clips makes it so convenient to check in with the app, so by the time I arrive the wait is never very long. The other stylists are always so friendly as well when checking you in. 10/10 service every time!

Great Clips-Hawaii Kai has excellent stylists. You can either ask for a specific stylist, or if it doesn't matter, all stylists are excellent. My go to stylist is Taylor (manager) and always gives consistent haircuts. If he's not available, I'll go to Donna (stylist) if available. Parking is free. Good thing to know, sometimes Great Clips email may have coupons.

I desperately didn't want to write a review however the haircut I got was horrible. I wished for my hair to still be long in some areas however she still cut it in the spirit of even. Now everything is short and she said "you have had long hair for a while now, you have to get used to short" ITS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. It was as if she was learning along with me on how to cut hair. I know this is bad for the other hairdressers/cutters who may be good, but if there is a 1 out of 4 chance of getting this woman than it's essentially a 1 out of 4 chance of getting an ass haircut. I don't remember her name.

I do NOT RECOMMEND this place. Even my 2 year old niece knows the difference between one inch and 3 inches. None of the ladies here can do it. You get what you pay for. Also She stole my hair clip I left on her table. She could’ve called me to tell me I forgot it since I checked in with my phone number.
