Due to recent knee surgery, I have been unable to trim my own toenails for a while, and was in dire need of a pedicure. I came here without an appointment during a weekday afternoon, and was sat in a pedicure chair right away, since it wasn't busy. The atmosphere is basic, but relaxing. I've had occasional pedicures elsewhere, but never heard country music playing at a salon. Though unusual, I didn't mind it at all. The woman who did my nails was gentle and considerate of the fact I had a knee that was recovering from surgery. The place seemed clean, and I wasn't rushed. Although it was a pleasant experience and my toenails looked a lot better than they did going in, I couldn't rate them higher because the technician cut my nails somewhat crooked. They were filed a bit, but not enough to even out crooked edges. I'd expect a bit better for nearly $40.

I recently moved to the area and have been searching for a new nail salon. I visited a few places but wasn’t impressed—I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Then my sister-in-law recommended this place, and I’m so glad she did. This salon is truly a hidden gem. I booked an appointment with Lily after reading all the great reviews about her. In the past, it’s been hard to see a specific technician because salons are usually so booked, but this time it worked out—and I couldn’t be happier. Lily was amazing! She gave me exactly the service I expected and more. She was kind, made sure I was comfortable, and checked in to ensure I was happy with my nails throughout the process. She didn’t push any extra services I didn’t want, which I really appreciated. I told her the shape and color I wanted, and the results were perfect. I’m so happy to have found a salon that exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the only place I come for a pedicure but will only book with Tina. Tina is absolutely incredible. She is thorough and makes sure everything is great. I been coming here since 2016. I have tried other places but there is no one like Tina. I also personally love the pedicure menu. I love that I can get a 20 minute leg massage and chair massage enhancing my self care.

I had the best pedicure ever here! It was so pleasant and they did everything I hoped for and more. Very relaxing and comfortable, and they treated me well! Fair prices too. Would recommend to a friend.

This place had great variety and good service! Definitely recommend it for anyone with experience getting their nails done elsewhere, only because there can sometimes be a communication barrier (I had no issues but I saw a mom and daughter having some issues). My gel tip nails turned out good - but they’re great for the price ($75).

Update: Jason, the owner, took the time to speak to me after this review. He shared again that this is not the expectation and offered me another opportunity to come in. I appreciate him taking the time. We have been Top Nail fans for several years and it feels like as this business grew the care taken for basic pedicures did not. This has been a steady decline yet the price has gone up. There are some persons who just want and need a basic pedicure but for the last several times, you are barely touched on a 5 minute massage, not scrubbed on your feet and heel, your nails are barely filed, and you can’t even feel them pushing back the cuticle. There is a disappointment when you say you want a basic and then a rush to push you out. The price has gone up and the service has declined. Something they took great care with is non existent. Unfortunately, I had to ask several times for the person to please do basic care. The reason I have not said something until now is that we have never been asked for a tip just cashed out. We have always tipped generously but this time not only were we cashed out but then asked where did we want to put the tip. Not ok

It was my first time coming and I was very late to my appointment but they still managed to fit me in! Went in for a pedicure, came out perfect. Everything is very clean, they don’t take forever and gave a thorough massage. Definitely coming back.

Unfortunately I wish I could give more stars. Not only do they give a RIDICULOUS up charge for gel polish, but there is no communication for this. To get to the register to find that they charge TWENTY dollars more for gel is absolutely absurd. As I as leaving I asked what the price was and noticed there was a $5 charge. So when I questioned the women who was cashing me out, simply saying oh what is that for? She said it was for vitamin. In a regular situation, I would have happily been okay with that. However, before I could even get a word in, the lady yelled across the salon. Completely unprofessional and absolutely belittling.

Love Top nails been going here forever. I get pedicures and gel manicures very satisfied with both. All nail techs are great. The spa is clean and sanitized. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Paid $90 for a gel manicure with gel nail tips. Not what I expected. The paint is already chipping and the nails are bending. She roughly and dryly pushed my cuticles back and hacked them—it hurt. Will be going back asking for them to fix.
