I had a deeply disappointing experience at Meyer Saloon during what was supposed to be a simple consultation for hair extensions. As a businesswoman newly relocated from Europe, I asked about the pricing, as it was significantly higher than what I’m used to. I made a $1,000 deposit after the explanation and was ready to proceed. Later, I called to ask if it was still possible to adjust the hair color to match my twin sister’s—something I explained was important to me. I requested to speak directly with the owner, Jessica, but instead received a call saying they had decided not to proceed with my appointment because I had questioned the price and the hair color. Despite expressing full trust in her professional judgment and confirming that I still wanted the service, she told me I was “not a fit” and abruptly canceled everything. This is not how you treat a new client, especially someone trying to settle in a new country and looking for a reliable salon. The experience was unnecessarily rude, unprofessional, and frankly, upsetting. I was refunded, but I will never return—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking respectful and trustworthy service!

I have been going to see Laura at Meyer Salon for years and would not go to anyone else! She is absolutely amazing - she remembers the colors she has used on my hair and the glaze treatments that I like, and she always has the best recommendations. She is so talented and attentive! Laura is the BEST!!

Laura Sinclair, a Master Stylist at Meyer Salon has been cutting my hair for 5+ years and I am ALWAYS pleased with the results. She listens to the needs and wants of her clients while offering expert styling advice. And the atmosphere in the salon is fantastic! It's fun, yet relaxing. The entire staff at Meyer work really hard to give their clients the best experience. Cheyanne pulling double duty at the front desk is a master at shampoo and head massage.

Master Stylist Sarah saved me and my hair. I had a botched haircut from a different stylist / salon and had tried to fix it with a 2nd different salon to no avail. I expanded my search radius and found this wonderful salon. Their receptionist, Cheyenne, heard my concerns in a VM, swiftly called me back, and connected me to Sarah. I have never felt so seen and heard by a hairstylist in my life. She listened attentively asked fantastic questions to ensure we had a shared vision. I felt at ease and comfortable within seconds. Her attention to detail is truly remarkable and I am beyond thrilled with my haircut. I am now thankful for my 2x botched haircuts because it helped me find her and Meyers Salon!

I have been coming to Meyer Salon since 2019 and I started seeing Laura after the pandemic. I have never and will never go anywhere else. She always gives me exactly what I ask for every single time. Extremely talented with coloring and blonding. She can do it all.
