I went in because my hair was damaged from using hair color off the shelf. Sue cut my hair with a precision cut that looks great! She used conditioner and a mixture of hair dolors to get the perfect fit. It was a vast improvement. My hair and scalp was dry and damaged from the boxes color, she over came the damage and now my hair is smooth and well nourished. I will definitely be back!!

Sue is GREAT. She is very knows what she is doing. Gives a wonderful hair cut and color. She is very easy to schedule with. A hidden gem. She will work with your schedule to make it easy. I highly recommend her.

I went in for a body wave perm. Ms.Sue did a wonderful job and was very open with me about the entire process start to finish. She took good care of me & my hair. She was very clear about aftercare and management of my perm. I understand the process of aftercare and post perm management.

I got my hair done with Sue at the Hair Salon Marketplace. Sue is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable about hair. She took her time and made sure my hair looked polished and well-styled. However, the final result was not what I had asked for. I came in wanting grey blending with an ashy blonde tone to help my natural grey grow in more seamlessly and reduce salon visits. Since I was already blonde, I expected this to be a fairly simple transition. Unfortunately, my hair turned out much darker than I wanted, with red tones that not only don’t suit my fair complexion but will also require more maintenance exactly what I was hoping to avoid. I didn’t want to make Sue feel bad, and I appreciate the effort she put into my hair. I know she has a lot of skill, and this may have just been a miscommunication. My intent with this review isn’t to discourage anyone from booking with her but rather to share my experience. If you schedule with Sue, I’d recommend being very specific and making sure you’re on the same page before starting.

I took my fiance here for a perm. It came out wonderful. She says it's the best perm results she has ever had by a landslide. It was well worth the wait and the money. She loves her perm, and so do I!!

Sue was amazing! The way she was so attentive to my needs, and made sure I understood the whole process from start to finish! My hair looks beautiful ❤️ 10/10 would recommend! She was realistic and made sure we were on the same page with every step 👍🏼 such a friendly human to be around! Thank you so much 😊

Very happy with my experience. All of my questions were answered and the layered cut is perfect. Sue worked magic on my hair and the blending of grey is exactly what I was looking for. Sue took her time to make sure she understood what I was looking for and I am very happy with the outcome.
