Great Clips

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I asked for a low fade, but instead received a high skin fade that looks nothing like what I wanted. The haircut was poorly done and left me feeling upset with the result. This was honestly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had, and I won’t be coming back.

The stylist seems to be in a hurry and did not check her work. Didn’t even have me look to see how I like the haircut or to see if there is anything that needs to be fix. When I got home I had to finish what she started and finish cutting my own hair.

Waited 78 minutes after checking in online . I got the the text that I would be up in 15 minutes only to find my name not on the list .they wouldn't do anything but add my name to the list to wait another 80min. Hour and half of my time ,gas wasted .

This place is perfect for a trim. I had the pleasure of getting a cut by Hollie today and was very pleased with the result. She was personable and did such a nice job. She took her time making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The place was packed but I felt like wasn’t rushed through. I highly recommend this location and Hollie. Definitely make sure you go online and put yourself on the wait list before showing up. They will send you a reminder text when you have 15 mins to go.

Had been looking for someone to cut my hair but most places were closed due to Shelter in Place. Passed by a Great Clips hair salon on my way to Costco and decided to give it a try. The recommended Great Clips app was easy to install and use. I could also look around an area to find a location that works for me. You simply create a profile and schedule a same day appointment. In my case the wait time was not too long and allowed me to shop at a nearby store, receive a courtesy call for for my appointment and get there just in time. The shop observes proper hygiene and social distancing as well as staff and patrons using masks. I would definitely come back here.

Stacy is the best!! Not difficult, gets the job done. I feel well groomed when I leave. Always pleasant and friendly

Just got a cut done here after some less than satisfied experiences at the other Spanish Springs location. Holly did a fantastic job my fair with far greater detail than I’ve experienced from a Great Clips location in what seems like years. I’ll definitely be back to have her cut my hair next time.

Very nice and great with kids. MOST of the ladys cut great, but then we ended up with one that gave my son a cut like this...I also had a lot of long hair around my ears with a #0 cut from the same lady

With checking in online, my experience started out great!! When I arrived it didn't take long for me to be seated for my haircut. My stylist, and all of the others there, were exceptionally warm and welcoming! I'm looking forward to going back for the same wonderful experience!!

We came without an appointment and we're taken right in. My grandson (7) needed a haircut and didn't know what he wanted but the stylist was able to ask him questions in such a way that he got a great haircut. The stylist was really great with him and I was truly impressed at her ability to interact with a child. I'll definitely go back.

Had an amazing experience here today with Jackie. She cleaned up my hair did a great job with the fade and cleaned up my beard. All with a great attitude, great conversation and within a good time. Thank you Jackie will definitely be back soon

Love the way Bella does my hair perfect every time and always asks me if it's how I want it and shes been at this salon for a long time. Just don't like that CORPORATE changed the opening time to 10:00 am instead of 9:00 am.
