Great pedicure from Kim! She takes her time and is very thorough. The polish lasts for weeks without chipping off. If you’re looking for a good leg massage, Kim’s not for you; she kind of does only a cursory massage. But she spends a good 45 minutes or more on the long lasting pedicures she does and that’s what l want. I highly recommend her.

Ms. Bonnie is an excellent and professional nail tech. She is creative and thoughtful when designing your nails and makes sure your nails fit your personality!

I got a Manicure and Pedicure and was treated with Care. This was a great experience with great people in a relaxed environment.

This shop has poor communication, customer and overall management skills. Do not accept walk-ins if you are going to make them wait for over an hour. Only to tell me I have to wait more time because a client with an appointment walks in. Just tell me you don't want my money. Communicate upfront the potential wait time and be clear that your have a client with an appointment coming in as well. No complaints about the nail skills, but poor communication can kill the whole experience.

Male nail technician did my nails as he ate. He text and kept eating touching my hands. His hands were not clean and it was totally disrespectful and unsanitary. Black women stop supporting these types of establishments who know nothing about NAIL CARE! They will keep you coming snd taking your money. As long as you don’t care they don’t either. They see your real nails are paper thin and won’t suggest nail treatment for your regular paper thin nails . Stop being ignorant looking for five minutes of fame and be conscious of this bullshit! I work for the department of health and he had no idea. I was agitated but kept my cool. I just know I will not be going back there.

My first visit. Mani, pedi start to finish wonderful experience. My hands and feet take me through a lot, this is needed maintenance and a good time to just relax and just be! My Technician Laura was awesome! Although petite, she commanded the experience and let me enjoy my time. She made some suggestions, made sure I was good to go and was very efficient. Absolutely will return.

I came here today on Memorial Day since they were open. I called and got a 4:30 appointment. Came at 4:25 and there were three people before me with only one worker. She said she will call me to come back. So I leave and come back two hours later and she tried to give me a new set when all I needed was a refill and REFUSED to fill my nails, on top of that tried to charge $60 for a full set. I wasted my whole day with this place trying to get my nails done & walked our of there in tears. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had a bad experience at this place. I asked for a soak off and the person that was doing my nails removed my acrylic nails with a cuticle remover and put a fake nail in my nails to remove the acrylic ,she made my nails bleed. The shaping it's so bad she didn't file much and applied the clear acrylic bad . She applied gel and you can tell the spots she missed. I don't recommend .

I used to enjoy this salon. There was a man who worked here that took his time and used sterilized or new files and sanding stones for every customer he saw. If I had regular polish applied he let each coat dry before applying the next. …

Went with my mother in law to get pedicures and the one lady took a nice chunk of skin off the heal of her foot. My lady was just very rough she cut me with the cuticle cutter and burned my nail with the electric nail filer. I was disappointed in the service.

We have been going to US Nails for 18 years. Fair prices for excellent results and special services such as waxing and eyelash extensions are offered and they do a great job of both. No appointment needed.

Nails were crooked and uneven. Tech missed the whole left side of my nail, had to point it out because she was about to put on a top coat. Very disappointed, service does not match price

Never again. The guy that did my toes was so ruff it was ridiculous. My feet where soar my the time I left. In the lady at the very first desk botched my nails completely. My nails where uneven the gel was put on unevenly. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I got my nails done and 3 days later they're chipping. they don't use a base coat which makes them peel off. i got eyelash extensions and 3 days later i only have 4 extensions left on one eye. all the other ones fell off.

I went there with a friend for the first time, to get a full set, after going for a month my friend and I both got fungus. The best part is that they absolutely nothing to help me, they just covered it up. Owner is not there to witness what is happening to her business. I will never go there again.

Great nail salon my nails and my daughter's nails came out amazing. The girls are very nice and patient. We got a full set and pedicures.
