The stylist I had was really nice. I asked for a bang trim. The first photo is what they looked like when I first got them cut a couple months ago and I showed her them. The second photo is today. I thought they’d look better when I blow dry them and they’re horrible. Like I am getting comments from people telling me how bad they are. I am mortified and in tears.

The start was super friendly and helpful. They were very kind - getting me a comfortable chair for my elderly mom and lip gloss for my 4-year old niece. This was very helpful for me and made them feel comfortable.

I hate to say a 2, I stopped in for a haircut, showed several pictures of what I wanted. I figured those would help the stylist see what I was wanting. I got the Temu version, nothing close to the pictures. It's been almost 3 weeks amd it's still a wreck. The sides are different lengths. I really hate it. I didn't go back because I dint want them messing with my hair again.

Stylist will cut your hair how she wants to, not what you ask for. It was supposed to be a cut & style but even she didn't seem to know what to do with it once she cut it. I was left with very little to work with & it will take at least 3-4 weeks growth before my hair is even long enough for another stylist to fix the mess.

Came in for a blonde balayage. The stylist did not talk very much at all and was quiet. I have 100% virgin hair and it sadly did not come out like I wanted and hoped for. I was very excited and ended disappointed. She toned my hair multiple times and left a blotch on the left side. The right side also has way more color than my right. I didn’t want my roots touched and she did it only to one side... Overall I am just upset that this had to be my experience for my first time ever getting my hair done. Also my shirt was left bleached and stained...

I have been going to Jcpenny now for now a year & I have to say that I love their salon on town west. Everyone is always so upbeat, kind, caring & they do whatever they can to make you comfortable. But not only that the stylists & the Salon are not about charging you a high ridiculous price where you can't afford. Them they are all about their service & integrity. If you want fantastic hair color, cuts or etc. I advise you go to this salon its the best! I love going there & will continue do so
