Terri Soto at the Phoenix Salon & Spa is the absolute BEST for highlights, color, styling, cuts, practically anything you want to have done.❤️🩷💜 I just love her! She's so very talented and always does an excellent job. I'm very pleased with her work! I would recommend her to all my family and friends!💋💯💢💥👍

Can’t say enough about the fact that I had an appointment elsewhere and waited 15 mins past my appointment time at a locked door. Called Phoenix and Ms. Linda told me to come on and they would get me in. So nice to come somewhere PROFESSIONAL!!!! AND she did an amazing job on my hair!

I can't say enough about phoenix, I love Mrs.Lindas expertise I won't go anywhere else my hair is so long and she gets my highlights right everytime, I even took my 7 year old to Mrs.Linda for her first haircut and some pink as a treat for good grades

Went for the first time to get a massage and WOW!!! When I called to book, Terri was super sweet and helpful. When I walked in, I was greeted and offered a diet coke (Way to my HEART). Kelly did my massage and she made it so relaxing! She listened to my wants and areas of concern. The whole time it was like I was in a relaxed daze. I can't wait to go back! 10/10

After two years of being in Montgomery, AL, I just found a fabulous hair salon!!!! Phoenix was very welcoming and friendly. I was looking for an updo for a military event!!! Talk about trying to find a salon open and willing to do updos on the weekend is slim to none. Linda was referred from another salon that is no longer open on the weekend!!! (pretty awesome to get a referral from competition). She was AMAZING!!!! I showed her a photo of an updo I liked and she took it from there. I also pampered my self and had my make up done with Madison. She is sweet, precious and professional. She makes sure you are satisfied every step along the way!!! Phoenix has a new client now!! Until next time!!!! Thank you... Thank you!!! I finally found a place to get my hair done!!!!

Steven did a great job with hair cut today. He took his time and listened to me and what I was wanting. Very impressed with customer service and very satisfied with the haircut. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend Stephen. The salon was very nice and everyone seemed very helpful.

I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Although Helen was great, the owner and her receptionist are very unprofessional. My husband bought me a gift card to use for my birthday. I made 3 different appointments because every time I would show up to my appointment, I was told I was not scheduled on their end. I was very frustrated being that my gift-card was about to expire and I was also 4 months pregnant. The third time I showed up for my appointment, the manager apologized to me that I was not on the schedule to have an appointment for the third time so I basically wasted my gas and time again, but since my gift card was due to expire and I was pregnant, the manager crossed out the expiration date and told me I could come back anytime and if I wanted to wait till after I had my baby, that would be fine for me to come back then. A few months after I had my son I made the fourth appointment to use my gift card and this time I was finally able to use it. The service from Helen was great! once she completed my facial she took my gift card up front to check me out then I left. Once I got inside of my car, I sat there for a good three minutes then all of a sudden the receptionist came running up to my car asking me did I pay for my services! I was really shocked that she thought that I would get a service and not pay for it, but sit in front of the building for three minutes. I tried to contact the owner on 3 different occasions to talk to her about my experience, but I guess she didn’t care because she never returned my phone calls! They will never get my money again!

Went in for a facial and Ragen took care of me. Addressed my issues and was very easy to talk to as she explained what was going on with my skin. She made the experience very relaxing. I almost feel asleep it was so relaxing. Thank you for taking care of my skin.

I took my daughter here for her birthday to get a facial. Everyone was so nice and very professional. My daughter had Reagan and she was AMAZING! My daughter really enjoyed her facial and loved her conversation with Reagan!

Thank God for Kelley and her miracle hands. I had a couples massage in March in an attempt to relax but also work on my pain from my car accident, my husband enjoyed it and feel asleep. On the other hand it was painful not fault of the massage lady Kellly my body just wasn't ready. I came back to Kelley 4 months later she remembered me and she asked how I like my massage as far as pressure and focus areas....let me tell you she focused on all my areas we discussed I almost feel asleep there , I was so relaxed and when I got home within hours I was sleep this is the first time I felt relief in my body since my car accident, I will be back soon. I definitely recommend as she sweet, soft spoken and a gem!
