Whenever I’m in the Tilton area, this is the place I come to to get my nails done and they always do a great job! I like my nails short and simple, and they really listen to what I want. The staff is friendly and professional, and I always leave happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I’ve always loved coming to Royal Nails, and my nails still turned out cute, but today’s experience left me really disappointed. I came in for a regular fill and tried to clarify a small mix-up about wanting silver instead of gold. I wasn’t rude, just sharing my preference, but was flatly told “No.” The staff seemed frustrated and dismissive, which made the visit much more stressful than it should’ve been. To top it off, I was charged $120, which felt unreasonable given the overall experience. I really hope this isn’t becoming the norm because I’ve always enjoyed coming here in the past. Unfortunately, my nails are now really sore, and for the first time in two years of getting acrylics, they actually feel bruised and painful—something I’ve never experienced before. Because of this, I think I’ll have to find another salon moving forward.

Visiting the area. Rural town with limited options for nail service. A couple nail technicians seemed polite, but the person called Tina is rude and unprofessional. She clearly seemed to be running the place. The end results were fairly satisfactory, but I recommend avoiding this business unless you are ok with terrible customer service.

got an acrylic set and it was horrendous. there is gel polish stuck to my fingers, the shape is different for every nail, the french tip is bleeding into the nude color, and she cut my cuticles to hell. DO NOT RECOMMEND. this is by far the WORST manicure i’ve ever had.

Very warm and friendly. Spa experience. Asked for a regular pedicure and then asked if they had time to add callous remove. Did a gorgeous job, luxurious treatment with the motion, foot massage and cute pedi. 100% will come back! $35 for the pedi $10 for the added callous remover. Well worth it! :)

I absolutely love it here! I’ve been going here since I was a little girl and every single time is a pleasant experience. They move very fast while still being very delicate and precise. It’s the only nail salon I’ll go to and be able to trust every single one of the staff with my nails.They even had a place where I could take pictures of my nails!!

A friend and I went to get our nails done. I had cash, she had a gift card. They got me right in but after an hour and a half, she was still waiting while other walk ins were . The quality of the work done wasn't wonderful either. I had to peel gel polish off my fingers, the polish is uneven, streaky, and see through in spots. Do not recommend.

Treated my girlfriend terribly and were very rough with her nails, didnt give her the right design, made them VERY uneven. Then finally had the audacity to charge $120 for a fill! Don’t go here!

I was in the area and had called about receiving a fill, thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get an appointment last minute. But, they were able to get me in within an hour of calling. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice about my complicated nails I wanted and came out outstanding! It seemed almost effortless to him but took his time with every detail. Also, not to mention the entire staff is over the top sweet! I have been here a couple of times, with the same amazing experience every time. I think I have found my place to reply on. Highly recommend them for any services!

I've had the nerve to schedule 3 nail appointments here last minute as they were closest to where I live. Each time I got the exact same experience. The first of all, their nail techs do not have enough time for you. Which is why every single time I've gone there I have had at least two different nail techs working on my nails and I am not the only one as I see everyone around me get switched from person to person. Therefore the consistency of they're manicures are a big problem. Next, I've gotten gel manicures there each time and I pay an extra $20 just to have the gel and within a week or less my nail polish is bubbling and peeling. They don't listen to you when you tell them what you want. And within one week of getting a full new set, my nail is broken. The last problem was that they don't apply the Polish correctly. They only did one coat of polish on my toes and they did no base coat on my fingernails which have stained the acrylics.
