Ivy Lash and Nails

Went for the first time. I believe her name is Helen? Half of my nails broke off within five days. I get them done literally all the time for $20 less expensive...and have never had this issue! Ever... Anyway...One nail completely popped off the same day. That was repaired. Five more broke off in the next couple of days. I go six weeks between fills for years... She kinda implied me breaking them was normal wear and tear? Or my fault? I clearly didn't need a fill... Then I was charged $25 because I didn't remember the numbers of the many different colors I used. I just wanted a basic color with no design instead of having her redo the designs. Like easier for her to fix them and a huge downgrade for me? So why charge me? I also asked for them do be done thicker with an apex so they didn't just break again... Still thin and flat and will probably just break off again. Was I in the wrong somehow? Three trips and $100+ later I'm unhappy with them and am being careful not to break them. Maybe she was just having an off day? Or there was something specific about my length? Idk... I'm sure she's good at her job and I just had bad luck or something but I'll personally never go back there.

Tracy is the best eyelash tech I’ve ever used. So nice and so quick and always looks great! I also love their nail techs! I’ve used several and my nails always last longer and look better when I go here than anywhere else. Just the best!

First time in town, needed a spot to get my nails done. I came here after looking at a few reviews. AND IM SO GLAD I DID. I never get designs, because I feel like it’s never what I want. But look at how cute these turned out!!! The experience from start to finish was so great. They got me in. Friendly environment. Would come to Utah just to come here again and again

Helen is amazing! She is the best nail artist I have ever gone to and always pays so much attention to detail. She makes my acrylic nails look so natural. All of the staff is so kind. The salon is always a clean, warm, and welcoming environment!! Love it here.

These guys are awesome. Always super friendly. Hailey, Will, Helen, June, and Julie are my go to crew they always take care of me and are so nice, welcoming and super professional. Will and Helen did my acrylics recently and did such beautiful work.

I have been getting pedicures at Ivy Nails for years and have always been impressed with the nail technicians there. They’re incredibly talented, professional, kind, and always do my pedicures exactly the way I request. Rio and Julia are especially wonderful! I’ve recently started taking my 5yo for pedicures, too, and they have both been so good with her and created such fun, memorable experiences for her. They are the best!

I love Ivy Lash and Nail! I have been getting my nails done here for more than a year. All the techs who have done my nails have done a fabulous job! I especially love Helen- she does a great job free-handing pretty designs on my nails and I love her work! Fun and friendly staff- glad I found this place!

I got a gel manicure over my real nails with Vy and she was amazing. Very attentive and amazing attention to detail

Helen is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I brought a picture and she created something more than I could have imagined.
