I’ve been going to Ahn for quite awhile now. I can tell you she’s the best! The service , shape and nail art are always on top! She does was I wish for and it comes out better then expected! Ahn is very talented and does a fantastic job. I always leave her salon very happy and won’t change my nail tech ever! I highly recommend Elizabeth Nails Spa for any occasion💖💅🏼

Elizabeth day spa is the only place I'll go get my nails done. All the staff there are awesome. They treat you the best and do a great job. Ive been seeing Anh now for over a year and she's amazing at what she does! She loves trying new designs, and takes her time. They will treat you right with a nice glass of tea or anything you'd like to drink while relaxing and getting your nails done. 💅 Highly recommend! Ive tried other places and there is no place as good as Elizabeth Nails.

I came to Elizabeth Nails after just moving to the area and looking for a new spot. I saw they offer biab and was very excited. I called and they were able to get me in same day at my preferred time. They were friendly and the salon was clean and a nice atmosphere. They also gave me a holiday gift, and that is why I’m giving two stars and not one. Besides that- during the biab manicure, my nails were not filed or shaped at all. I wasn’t asked if I’d like to skip out on that either. Once the application process began, I noticed that the nail tech was not doing the method I’d seen done many times on me before by many other techs and in my research on biab. I thought maybe there was just another way to apply it. After going back and forth on some designs, she was unable to paint stars for me, so we opted for silver frenchies. Despite no shaping, I loved my nails when I left, and voiced I’d be returning. My main issue lies in the 13 days following my appointment. Biab is meant to last up to four weeks. Within about a week, mine began to lift. Around 10 days, it began to peel off. Yesterday, 13 days after getting the manicure, my thumb nail has completely peeled off. If there’s one thing about biab, it is definitely NOT supposed to be able to peel off your nail. It usually requires filing or drilling to remove. I’m extremely disappointed as I feel like I got jipped into paying twice as much for a gel manicure. Especially all of this coming from a salon boasting the accolade “best in midcoast Maine”!

I really enjoy this place and the pedicure is amazing!! However my manicure today was incredibly rushed… I had an appointment. I’m not even 8 hours into my manicure and it’s already chipped. Gel should last for weeks not hours. Super disappointed

Anh did my nails and honestly the BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had at a nail salon! They were pretty busy but she and her co-workers worked as a team. I’ll definitely be going back. What amazing service.

5 stars because I absolutely love going to this spa! The ambiance is so relaxing. You can book online with short notice. They are friendly and remember your name. I always have luck finding a nearby parking space in the parking lot. Anh is happy to do really detailed designs if that’s your thing. Also a plus, there’s a pizza shop right above so you can grab some food on your way out. Very convenient location. (Also if it’s important to you, I’m size 20 and can fit in the manicure chairs. I haven’t tried the pedicure yet.)

I am a very picky person when it comes to how my nails look, but let me say i was so amazed with the work done from here! The customer service is just as amazing. I definitely will be coming back and would recommend others too as well!

Family owed business. Very friendly staff, I had the $100 deluxe medi-pedi it's an extra 15 for gel polish. They've got new furniture a great new look, lovely atmosphere. I absolutely love coming here with my friends.

Refused to redo a full set that barely lasted 10 days before lifting occurred. Was told they would redo for free if this occurred within the first week! I have had nails on and off for over 30 years with them lasting close to 5 weeks before lifting happened. Very bad customer experience.

This is the only nail spa I will go to! Ahn and her staff always deliver exactly what you ask for. They will accommodate for walk ins even when they’re busy, are friendly and do quality work. I always recommend this place. They are also accessible by elevator if you are mobility impaired, as an extra bonus!
