Worst experience I have ever had in a salon Went in for highlights and there was no operation of strands no definition of highlights and they turned my beautiful blonde tones into ugly copper/orange - just terrible with color and opposite of what was requested !!!!

The new male stylist did not look at what service I booked online. They were taking to long logging the last clients info. When we were walking I reminded him why I was there. Then when he placed my daughter in the seat I reminded him twice why we were there. Then he asked what type of hair cut I wanted for my daughter. At that point I knew he was not effective listening. I told him I had booked online for a natural hair session. I requested braids for my three year old. I also put any stylist. At that point I asked him why would you put us in your chair if you can’t braid. How come you were not listening to my request or why did your staff not check their online bookings. Then he had got a comb like he did not know how to pick her hair and asked me again what type of haircut for my child. I said my child does not need a haircut. He asked the lady next to him if she can do it. She stated she was to busy I would have to reschedule. I asked for a refund. I don’t understand how you have management and not be alert of your online bookings. If you are over booked then call and reschedule we had traveled far. Take the time look at your online bookings and follow up with the customer instead of being rude and running your guys mouth about your website. Lack of communication and customer service. Also update your options with stylist name it just ask for what type of gender stylist. I felt the male stylist made me feel like he discriminated against my biracial daughter how he handled the situation. Even though he acted nice. It was a horrible experience.

First of with all this COVID-19 I was blew away by how clean they were. This place was clean and very professional while maintaining good attitudes. I my self was 5min late and they were so understanding about my situation. The owner came out and spoke and made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed and refreshments and the front desk girl was beautifully mannered. I feel like the price I payed was well worth it so no I was not over priced and for this area normally you would think prices would be higher. I have found me a new place to get my hair done and be comfortable this place is a must🤗🥰

Such a clean and inviting salon. Moe was very kind and talented. She did exactly what I wanted and was a pleasure to spend the day with. I have very fine hair and a lot of it. Most stylists rush through to get me done, not Moe. She took her time and diligently did my ombré. It’s absolutely beautiful. I will be back and I’m even referring my mother in law. Took me 3 years of living in AZ to find this place and it was worth the wait.

As soon as you walk into the salon you are no longer a stranger to the employees! They treat everyone with respect, and every time I've been there everyone in the salon has had a good time. Kat, an employee, made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire experience. I HIGHLY recommend curly headed girls to go to this salon!!!

If you want an incredible experience, you have to book at AZ Royalty Salon! I had the opportunity to work with them not only for myself but also for a fashion show with 5 additional women! If you are looking for a clean, professional and absolutely beautiful experience, you have to go to AZ Royalty Salon. Everyone there is friendly, talented and will make you feel comfortable. Monique has been doing my daughters hair for years now. We are so happy she opened her own place and we'd follow her anywhere! I'm a white mom with a mixed daughter and she has always been so kind to help me along the way with all the curls my girl has. We ❤️ Monique and her new shop!

Royalty Salon is a cute and very friendly salon I really enjoyed my mommy time away getting a cut from Rob. He was very friendly and kind I have never enjoyed my haircut when ever i have been somewhere I always walk out disappointed but not here. I actually got a lot of compliments on how pretty my hair is and boy do we know I had hair that was looking dead Rob brought it back to life thanks again I really love my cut I will be back.

Not sure if this was a one off instance with this place of business but worth noting for future customers. I was very excited to find a salon that offered natural hair care in North Valley. Unfortunately, I was instantly skeptical about the appt to begin with. Reason being, the user experience when attempting to schedule the appt was atrocious! Nothing seamless about it. I had to contact the shop to actually get anything on the books, which was handled very informally on their part and then, when I showed up at my scheduled time yesterday. No one was at the shop or found it of value to contact me to let me know they were running behind! I shouldn't have to once again reach out to you & get dead air, delayed text responses & never an apology for your lack of punctuality. Very unprofessional handling of the appointment all around & not to mention the lack there of, of "service"... I value my time and money which in this case, will be utilized elsewhere in the future.

Arizona royalty salon is incredible! I have been working with them for years! They have worked with the top models in Arizona and California! They have also worked with athletes and celebrities! Arizona Royalty Salon has so many years of experience working with different cultures and hair textures! If your looking for a family Oriented business that is extremely talented and Professional Come to this salon and create some amazing service and amazing hair !

You have to try this place out. Annmarie did my haircut and she was one of the sweetest, most professional stylists I have ever had my hair cut by. Just moved and have now found my go to stylist. Salon was clean and their was no wait time for my appointment. 10/10

Been here 3 times and all 3 times Cielo has been late to the appointments. Not only a few minutes late more like hours late. I need references to a place that knows about dreadlocks. Only reason I keep coming back here.
