I always work with Alexis and she is superb at cutting and coloring my hair ❤️, and that of my family!m. I did haircut and tea tree experience here. They were fast, well done, and super comfortable. I got to see how much hair I want to trim down, did I want more cut and how satisfactory it looked to me. I really enjoyed the tea tree experience, my must-do every time I got haircut. The stylist here asked whether and which option of hot towel I want on my face while relaxing to have my hair shampooed. She massaged the hair and scalp with the refreshing tea tree shampoo. She knew exactly how much to put pressure on and it’s so comfortable. Don’t know what else I can ask for. Will go here again next time when my hair needs cut.

Minimal wait and service was efficient and friendly. You can't make online reservations when the store isn't open (why is that exactly?) the store is very clean with three haircutters working when we visited. Our haircutter checked with us multiple times to make sure length and style is within our specification. Good service with no complaints. We think this is a pretty good store.

Continue to be a regular every four to six weeks for a very long time. The stylists (Melissa, Amanda, Karina?) are all very pleasant and welcoming. Use the app or call ahead and make it easy for them and yourself in terms of scheduling.

I desperately needed my eyebrows waxed so I went to this Supercuts on a whim. Nadia did my eyebrows and I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about her. She was kind and sweet, but professional at the same time. She’s also very comfortable to work with. She spent a long time on getting my eyebrows perfect. She’s a true gem. Hair stylist was a bit rude when talking to my four year old. She needed to ask him to sit still or not flinch several times and was clearly getting irritated, saying that moving would make her cut herself for the third time this week — comments that aren’t appropriate or helpful for handling a four year old.
