Great experience! I made an appointment this morning for my granddaughter, and when we arrived we were warmly greeted by the staff. Her stylist, Ashley, was ready for us right away. Ashley was so friendly and helped my granddaughter feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She even had fidgets at her station for her to play with while getting her hair done, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Ashlee is awesome! Great haircut, great conversation, great smile, even a few laughs. Good Value. Easily scheduled appointment and I only had to wait 2-3 minutes after the scheduled time, while Ashlee cleaned up after the previous customer.

During my son’s haircut, he was cut by a sharp object behind his right ear and started bleeding. The stylist said she didn’t know the cause. She mentioned that she saw the wound but did not believe it was caused by her haircutting. In fact, my son did not have any injury when he arrived. He told me when he was cut during the haircut, it was very painful, but he did not cry out. I hope this stylist can be more careful in the future.
