King Nails And Spa

These are my daughter’s right toenails after a $30 pedicure. Seriously, this is a picture after walking right from the salon to our car. The young lady just kept globbing on more and more polish. It never dried, even after she told her that it had, causing her to lose the polish/repaint multiple times. Then (for my nails), they tried to make me pay for a full set even though they’d been booked for and they completed a fill. I left without getting my pedicure since I was treated so poorly. This was a huge waste of money and an awful experience. I will never return to this salon.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughters and I got our nails done Aug 8th and by the 3rd day nails were popping off. We should have went back when it first happened but work didn’t allow it. So we went back today 12 days later and they wanted full price to “fix” or fill/ take off and redo. Not to mention I walked out with my nails looking like press ons. Do not even waste your time. I’m going to screenshot this and keep reposting if it gets deleted because people need to know what they are getting into. Queen Nails in Little Rock is the place to go to and I should have went there but we were closer at the time and figured we would give them a try. Never ever again. 12days shouldn’t look like this at all. Now I will say I got a pedicure here by a young guy and it was amazing but that’s the only thing that was worth the time and money.

I literally just left went back to see if they would fix these simple mistakes…. But they didn’t see a problem… i also paid for a fill an the acrylic is clearly cracked on the 1 big toe. 1 foot vs the other ive never had a problem before with simple mistakes being fixed… and im a trained licensed cosmetologist myself so im aware of the dos and donts, i just honestly wanted the service i paid for…

Jack is a true artist. Since I am a makeup artist, I love colorful nail art. He has nailed it every time to perfection!! Absolutely amazing!

Had an AMAZING experience today. I came in about an hour from closing. They worked on my hands and feet in tandem and were soooo nice! I LOVE IT HERE!

Love these nails, everyone did such a great job making sure the design matched my inspo picture! The full set plus the gel was 50.00, the shaping was 5.00, and the cost for all the designs was 30.00. I really appreciated everyone's attention to detail and the fact that they wanted them to be perfect!

Cody is the best I love the availability when scheduling an appointment. All techs are great, but I have been using Cody since Cindy left. Great Clean atmosphere with complimentary drinks. King Nails is the place to be for pampering needs.❤️❤️❤️ #dontmindtheashyhamd😂😂

I went 45 mins before closing, was taken right away as they still had several techs available to provide service. I requested a gel refill set, coffin shape, clear polish. VERY SATISFIED. Done by 7pm.

Needed my acrylic tips removed, they had gotten way too long. Got a manicure and gel polish too. Wife got a pedicure. Always very nice, clean facility
