STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I Lost $300 and they won’t fix my hair! I love how she got a bad review 3 weeks ago and then got 2 good reviews right after. Let’s see if she’ll get 2 more good reviews after this post. You can read my situation or the pictures. I came in and requested what I texted. At the time, my birthday was in 2 weeks. She explained to me because I wash my hair frequently, the color I chose may not stay that color by my birthday. Because she said that, I was at lost at what I wanted and she couldn’t suggest well of what I should do. She showed me varies of pictures and colors and none of the pictures were highlights, they were all over colored pink/red hair. This is where the miscommunication happened. At this point, we couldn’t do the hair color I wanted so I told her let’s just do all over reddish pink with blonde highlights. My understanding is that my whole hair was going to only be two colors. She misunderstood me and thought that I still wanted what was in the picture even though she told me that wouldn’t be a good idea. When she finished, the front looked decent and I immediately pointed out that I was not happy with the dark roots and asked if I could come back. She states that if I want to come back to fix that, then I can come back in a week. When I got home and lifted my hair, there was pink highlights, blonde highlights and black roots. I had four different colors in my hair. I have been trying to wash it out, and the picture is now the result. very light pink, and if you lift up my roots, there is bright pink under my hair. when I tie up my hair. I have four different colors that are more visible. I reached out to her and to one of the stylist there and none of them are willing to fix my hair, they said their schedules are booked up I tailor, understand that if I make a mistake, I would fix for my customer or work in the middle with them to figure out how to fix the situation if my customer is not satisfied. especially since I paid $300. They are individually subcontractors, that is the worst part that I learned today that I will never work with a subcontractor stylist because if they don’t want to fix it, they will not fix it and there is no Insurance of content in the business. Even if she did what I requested, it does not look good!!! Whatever she is lying about to the others, it simply completely DOES NOT LOOK GOOD. I have 4 -5 different hair color in my hair and my birthday is in a week. I hope none of you go through what I went through.

Andrea has been my stylist for several years. She’s patient, kind and always listens to what I’m wanting to achieve with my hair. She discusses how to maintain healthy , shiny, and strong hair. She recently put in hair extensions and I’m absolutely loving my new length and look. If you want someone who’s up to date with hair tends and achieving your hair goals she’s your gal! Ping did such a lovely job! She listened carefully and perfectly achieved my preferred color and cut while being so gentle with my hair. I also appreciated how she managed both me and my sister at the same time without any rush—plus, the little head massage was such a sweet touch! My sister, a regular, even dozed off after her night shift, and Ping handled her treatment so carefully without disturbing her. She’s wonderful at balayage, highlights, and color correction, and she’s not afraid to go lighter if that’s what the customer truly wants. I know not every review is glowing, but I believe you can’t please everyone. Personally, I think she’s worth the visit, worth the pay, and absolutely worth the try!

I've been going to Ping for balayage and hair cuts and styling for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough! She's incredibly talented and has a natural eye for design, always offering thoughtful suggestions that suit my style perfectly. I've been to several high-end salons in Hamilton County over the years, but Ping truly stands out—her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

I have been seeing Ping for a couple years now. She has helped with a number of different requests I’ve made- from having pink hair to blonde highlights and back to brown again. Each time I’ve visited, she’s been diligent and thoughtful in executing what I envision. She provides sound suggestions and allows me to experiment with different ideas. She has also cut my toddler’s hair. She is patient and understanding while helping a 2 year old sit still and ensure she is comfortable and safe. My daughter and I will continue seeing Ping and enjoying the salon. The available refreshments are also a nice touch.

Best salon I have ever been to. From start to finish my experience was first class.. The salon is stunning and you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. All the stylists are knowledgeable and talented, trained in the latest techniques. I have recommended this salon to every person I know. If you are looking for a new stylist, look no further.. you won’t be disappointed.

I used Radiate 60 for myself and my bridesmaids for hair styling and make up. Kenzie and Ping were amazing! They were on time and worked efficiently with all of us not to mention they made us all look like royalty. We felt so beautiful all night, Thank you so much!!
