I never leave negative reviews..ever. However both times I went here I had a negative experience. The first time I paid over $100 just to have the gel on my nails chip off the same day. The lady that did them was kind however. Went in to get them fixed and get a pedi and it was so rushed. Paint like globbed on one nail..and then that lady (different than the one who did my nails the first time) offered to fix my nail which was super kind but she didn’t have the same color I guess so I had one nail that was entirely different. She also rushed through the polka dots on them and made them not match at all which I felt was just kind of her wanting to get it over with. I also had to go in again the same week to have yet another nail fixed. Again both ladies were kind and that’s why I gave two stars. I decide I’ll try one more time and my next experience was even worse. Not only did I feel like the guy doing my nails was rude and exasperatingly sighing at me wanting simple stripes on my nails. He said it was “too much” and tried suggesting I do chrome instead..I didn’t want chrome. So I said just leave them we don’t have to do a design and he ended up doing the design anyway. Super rushed and nothing like how I expected. I was too uncomfortable to say how I felt bc I didn’t like any of it and he was already annoyed before we even started so I just went home and filed them off for the next hour. From start to finish I also had one nail burning on fire the entire time-possibly from being over filed? I’m not sure, could’ve just been random. Tried to come back and see if I could get a new color but wasn’t going to pay an extra $30 when I knew it was probably going to be rushed and not great anyway. The filing is always rushed so I’ve had nails that get caught on everything. Additionally, I had a friend who ended up going to the hospital after a pedicure there due to toe pain/infection for weeks. Just overall not a fan.
The lady was on face-time with her friend, propped her phone up and would to proceed to stop and talk. The moment her phone would buzz she’d stop and look. I sat in the chair for about 2 hours and 15-30 minutes for a simple design. The nails are bulky, there’s acrylic underneath my nails, and she also cut me. The lady then proceeded that she wanted $95 for the set. Way too pricey for the service i got.
I was a walk-in and overlooked for 40 minutes until I reminded them I was still waiting. Finally, I was placed in a chair for a pedicure. She had me soak my feet in cold water. She didn't exfoliate my feet. And she charged me more than what was listed on the menu. So I pretty much paid 75$ for a cold foot soak and painted nails. I will never return to this place. I am very disappointed.
Fantastic service and exactly what I wanted. I asked for plain black coffin acrylics and they’re perfect! Totally giving off Kuroshitsuji’s Undertaker vibes and I love them! Definitely will be returning again.
I did a deluxe pedicure, $50, great massage and pedicure. My feet were in rough shape and feel and look great now. They definitely took care of me. Very nice staff.
They are so accommodating! I know there was some shuffling around near October time. My husband and my wedding was early October and we had booked 5 pedicures. When we got there and saw only one person, I was a little nervous. But the owner was fast and professional and explained how she was unexpectedly short staffed. Life happens!! We all understood and spent the time hanging out and chatting. I’ve been going to them exclusively and have never been disappointed. Check out what they were able to do for me from a picture I brought in!!
Called and got an appointment the same day on a Saturday. Bea did a great job addressing my dry areas on my feet. The gentle massage she gave me was very relaxing. I would definitely book another service in the future with Bea.
They do not use plastic liners in the pedicure bowls. I watched as they "cleaned" them after use; just rinsed with water. They also do not appear to use sterilized instruments. The owner was so distracted that she cut my husband's cuticle on his big toe (even though she knows he's diabetic!) As a result, it has been 5 weeks and he is still getting wound care from his Dr. We will NEVER go there again & I do not recommend! The owner is very nice, but there is always a wait, even with an appt. Most importantly, I don't think it is a hygienic environment.
Such a lovely place and the sweetest people. I had the royal spa pedicure with lavender and I was in heaven. Coming off of a 200 mile bike ride in 2 days my feet and legs needed some attention. She gave me a lovely design. Will come back again.
Very disappointed. I got a set of dip nails on Saturday. One of them broke Sunday. I went in to get it fixed. I have since cracked one more nail, bent another, and the top coat is coming of on another. I don't believe they know what they are doing and haven't been properly trained in dip. I have been getting dip nails since January in Oregon and have never chipped or broken a nail or had any other problems. I found them unprofessional as well. When I went in to get the broken one fixed, the nail technician attempted to remove the dip with a fake nail by sliding it between the dip and my nail in order to pry off the dip, which was obviously painful. I also didn't find the place as hygienic as my other nail salon. I did have a pedicure that was pleasant. Overall very disappointed and will not be returning.
