I really really wanted to love this salon because I had a coworker go here and it’s close to my house. I went with my sister in law to get our nails done for her birthday. Walking in the smell was overwhelming and it was so cluttered and dirty. We decided to still give it a shot because maybe it’s a really good hole in the wall. When we walked in the owner took us and I had really high hopes. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she seemed like she could do it. She did a test nail and it looked great. So I let her do my nails. As the process went on I could tell she was having a hard time. She was mumbling under her breath and acted like she was having a bad time. From the pictures I saw online, I thought this would be the perfect place to have a three colored ombré done. Well after a chunk of my cuticle was taken out and a cut on the side of my nail, and the use of a electric file on my real nails…my nails looked bad. I left my sister in law go ahead and I sat and watched her. The owner seemed to be really rough with her and my sister in law told me later the file was burning her because she kept going over the same place. She also cut her finger. Once she finished with my sister in law, I sat back in the chair and told her what was wrong and if she could fix it. She tried to fix it and it was worse. The second and third time wasn’t much better. But I didn’t want her hurting me anymore. Besides her mumbling under breath and her being really rough with the nail tools, the owner was nice. But the overall experience was less than satisfactory. We won’t be back unfortunately. I feel this place is unsanitary, cluttered, and doesn’t have the skills to do nails properly. If I was told at the beginning that the nails I wanted done would have been hard to do for her, I would have went with a solid color. In the pictures I have added, you can see dirt and dust around the store and a sample picture of what I wanted and my nails before and after them being “fixed”, and a picture of my sister in laws nails. I had really high hopes.

As usual always great service and experience. Mrs. T did mine and my cousin’s nails. We both got the exact same nails like we wanted hers are longer because she wanted hers longer. Mrs. T always cares very deeply for her clients and takes her business seriously. Always very upfront about the prices beforehand and listens to what you want done. I see Mrs. T or Hein but I like everyone there. I’ve been coming here for 3+ years. I recommend T’s nails to everyone

Now this nail shop although online it says they open at 10:30 on their door and says 930 and I walked in there. They got a smelling like a restaurant and it looked like somebody Grandma really live there. They told me I had to come back. But I can’t do that because I just got off work at 8 AM going back to my second job at 2:30 when I get off at 8 AM I wanna go ahead and get my nails done relax and then come home and go to bed for work I would say don’t go here either and every time I’m in their parking lot ain’t nobody in there no way they just renting the shop so the little old lady who met me at the door can I have somewhere to Live

By far the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. This family owned business knows how to please it’s customers! I’m so happy that they convinced me to get this set done when I went to get a bad set from a different salon taken off. The woman who owns this shop took one look and promised to fix me up, her and her son definitely delivered on that promise!

The older lady is really nice and does a great job. Based solely on her 5 stars. The 2 stars are based on the Rude and unprofessional daughters. All they care about is their own travel business and can careless about the nail salon customers. They are very unprofessional and insensitive to customers needs. I walked in and waited about 10 minutes before the daughter on the phone talking about the travel business even acknowledge me. There was only 1 customer in the pedicure chair and no one was helping her. She said come back in a hour. She didn't even have a customer. Ridiculous! Sadly, I will have to find another nail salon because I can't tolerate the blatant disrespect of my valuable time.

Do not go here. My mom's nail broke off 5 days later and my aunt had two nails fall off 3 days later at her wedding. Wow

This was a great experience, however the price was a bit steep and not advertised. Had I known a basic pedicure with gel polish would be $70 before tip, I may have skipped this location.

Went in for a manicure with gel polish...just a manicure with gel polish...no tips or anything. There was no sign stating the prices but hey, for a manicure I wasn’t expecting to pay any more than $25. I was charged $40 for what he called a dry manicure. There was no soaking of my nails whatsoever he just went straight to filing and buffing then polishing. I’m sorry but I did not get a $40 experience. This was my very first visit to this salon and I ran in for a quick service on my lunch break. They were not busy and got me right in. I can tell this was a family run establishment which is fine but the chair I sat in was half broken, it’s cluttered and dated inside the salon . In order to charge the prices they charge there needs to be more offered and at the least an updated and friendly atmosphere. The woman seemed friendly to her customer and even offered iced coffee to her client but I wasn’t offered any. The guy that did my nails did an okay job (I’ve had better manicures for less), he was not friendly and his hands were filthy. Even if I didn’t feel over charged, I still would not recommend them for services.
