they told me all the prices later on even though they said a new set was usually around $50-$60. i did get a soak off and they didnt even tell me the price till later. ngl it just felt very unprofessional. there were bubbles in my nails. as u can see here they didnt even apply the nail polish twice leaving the nail still very clear looking. the ladies doing nails were also talking abt me and making fun of me in spanish. lowkey i think they didnt do as good on purpose bc the woman next to me they put sm detail and effort in. the lady who did my nails also filed my nails down so aggressively and roughly my skin and nails started to burn from it. like what? the whole experience was terrible and i never wanna go there again like wow it was so bad. the french tips werent even symmetrical either. like how do u mess up the most basic nail design? i wasted $105 on this…i genuinely hope they get their karma for doing me so dirty like that. like bro 100 bucks on this? are u kidding me? this place at least for me was a total scam.

Came in for a quick gel polish change and ended up staying for a deluxe pedicure too. The chairs are super comfy and the technician took great care of my feet. Everything felt sanitized and relaxing. Loved the service from start to finish.

I stopped by Nexus Nails while shopping at Arundel Mills and I’m so glad I did! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my gel manicure turned out flawless. Super clean and professional atmosphere. Will definitely return for a pedicure next time!

I literally just left this nail salon( around 10:49 a.m.) because nobody wouldn't give me no service. I went into the nail salon and they have a camera in front of their cash register. So obviously they can see that a customer is waiting at the front desk. They all decide to gather in the back room and not serve their customers. There was a lady who was working on these two white couples and she could have told them in the back room that somebody is waiting at the front desk. She chose be a dumb person and decided that I wasn't in the store. It was uncomfortable to see this lady doing somebody else nails and obviously she see me standing there. The two customer that looked at me and laughed( very disrespectful). Unprofessional nail salon business ... I hope your business go down hill. Treat people with the respect because obviously you want to run a good business to get money

My wife and I had a spontaneous spa day and chose Nexus Nails. The ambiance was relaxing, and the staff were skilled and friendly. I got a foot massage with my pedicure and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for both men and women!

Best nail experience I’ve had in a long time! I booked with short notice and they still took their time and didn’t rush anything. My full set looked amazing and lasted over 3 weeks with no lifting. Clean space, fair prices, and great service!

I always make sure to read reviews but for some reason didn’t get a chance to check on this place before heading over for a quick builder gel removal. I’m actually appalled by the service, at first the lady didn’t know what builder gel was and proceeded to use a fake nail to scrap it off my nail. Not only was this painful but cut and damaged so much of my nails. All the progress I’d had on the health of my nail from the builder gel gone. I complained and tried to explain that they weren’t stuck on with glue and that she was hurting me, so she said she’d have them soaked and charge me more for it. Left with weak brittle nails and still reeling from how tremendously bad that experience was. I’m not one to be confrontational so I paid, including the tip she added herself without me asking but all I can do is make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else. The reviews are definitely accurate. Avoid if you can.

I brought my daughter in for her birthday and the staff at Nexus Nails made her feel like a princess. They added cute nail art and even gave her a little sparkle. So thoughtful and sweet. Thank you for the memorable experience!
