Got my hair partially highlighted by Stephannee! I have truthfully never been more in love with my hair. She took her time to make sure we got the exact amount of brightness I was going for and even did some beautiful styling at the end. She is so kind and I couldn’t recommend her services more, can’t wait to come back 😊. Before and after shown below.

Megan W at the Charleston location is amazing! She makes me look so good every time! She she asks what I want, and then she lets me know what she thinks would great for my hair keeping in mind what I want and is very thorough in how she explains what she would like to do. I tell her I trust her, so go ahead, and then SHE WORKS HER MAGIC! She is my Vegas stylist! Very grateful!

I've been coming to see Alondra at the Hair Standard for a couple years now after moving to Vegas. I was nervous about finding someone new who could take me blond as well as my stylist back home, but Alondra did even BETTER. Every time I've visited her since we've done little tweaks based on my mood or to switch things up for fun and I swear my hair just keeps looking better every time. I always feel amazing coming out of her chair. She is truly talented and just a good human all around. Thank you Alondra 💖

Excellent work is done here!! Tatiana was my stylist and she listened to every single detail about how I wanted my hair done. I came in for a balayage and trim, and she took the time to talk with me about what I wanted, what color would suit me best, and explained the process in a way I could understand. I felt so heard, my hair looks amazing, and I can’t wait to go back. Walked out with so much confidence in myself, and feeling like my money was well spent here.

This was a wonderful experience! Bailey was professional and friendly and did an amazing job on my hair. It had been way too long since my last haircut but Bailey offered suggestions for the cut and I am thrilled with my haircut. The salon is beautiful and has a great ambiance.

Megan Wathen did an amazing haircut and color! I really believe that the reason she was able to do that was because she took about 10 to 15 minutes in a consultation to ask questions, listen, and really understand what I wanted in both style and color. She really captured what I said and translated it into my hair! I feel fabulous, and I have gotten a ton of compliments on my new look! She did a color that somehow incorporated some of my current color in such a way that it looks like there were a couple of colors put together! She also gave me a really great haircut that has been easy to style and is a perfect length and frames my face nicely! She’s my new hair stylist from now on!

I met Brooke on the plane back from Seattle. Her friendly personality was very instrumental in wanting to try your salon. When I arrived I was pleasantly thrilled about the modern and minimalist decor. The salon, shampoo areas and the chairs were clean. They also offer a bottled water. I highly recommend this salon.

I had an amazing experience at the hair standard. I haven’t professionally gotten my hair done/cut in a couple years and it was a great experience. I had Bailey as my hairdresser and she was gave me exactly what I wanted she listened and gave me options based on what I wanted. I definitely recommend coming here and recommending your friends and family.

I had originally booked with Skyler, but the appointment was canceled last-minute after an attempt to reschedule the night before, which was disappointing as a first-time client. That said, the owner Kelly was incredibly kind and proactive in reaching out to make things right. She got me in the same day with Brooke T, who was fantastic. I really appreciated how the situation was handled and left very happy with my haircut. Thank you to Kelly and Brooke!

I had a wonderful experience at The Hair Standard Summerlin location. Brooke is a very easy person to collaborate with to hash out what will work and how to get the style you are looking for. I felt very comfortable, at ease, and heard. I love the haircut I got and will definitely return.

Holly and Kelsey are both amazing stylists, I like both of their attention to detail. Front desk is always warm and welcoming. I don’t color my hair yet so I can’t speak on that but when it comes to cutting I trust these stylists completely with my hair!
