I’ve been coming to Nails By Crystal for almost two years and have mostly had positive experiences. What is lacking in customer service and bedside manner is made up for in skill. However, today I received dip nails that looked awful. I attempted to communicate what I was looking for multiple times and even provided pictures for reference. I was ignored. Considering the cost ($70) of the nails my expectations were much higher. A very disappointing experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Updated reply to owner: thank you, Crystal. That’s a great example of the bedside manner clients should expect. Best of luck to you.

I have been going to Crystal on and off since before the pandemic hit. This nail salon is the only one I have found that offers polygey extensions. Crystal does an excellent job every single time. She takes her time to perfect the shape,which important to me because I’m very particular about the shape of my nail, and my nails looking natural. Crystal nails it every single time. I have experienced nothing but great customer service from Crystal. She doesn’t play when it comes to people wasting her time and I completely understand and respect that about her. She is truly a business owner that cares about her customers needs and the quality of work she delivers!
