Hannah is absolutely amazing! She truly listens to all your hair goals and concerns, and her blonding skills are top-notch. Not only does she make sure your hair looks incredible, but she also takes the time to keep it healthy throughout the process. She’s so kind, professional, and easy to talk to—it makes every appointment a great experience. I always leave her chair feeling confident and refreshed. Highly, highly recommend!

IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE WORST HAIR SALON EXPERIENCE THEN YOU’VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ITS TERRIBLE . Extremely terrible place to get your hair done honestly if I could have given it 0 stars I would. The stylist wasn’t very knowledgeable about hair nor how to use a hot comb. I went in to get my hair blow dried straightened/ a Silk press then trim My hair was not blow dried properly it was never section to blow dry my fair was left super wet then she proceeded to start flat ironing my hair while’s it was wet. When I mentioned it to hair she said not it’s fine that isn’t an issue. My hair was also never detangled before she started straightening it so while’s she was straightening it, it was getting tangled and knotted up. When she was done she passed the scissors it my hair 4 times and told me she was done with my hair cute and then just for the hair cute alone I was charged $45 which wasn’t done . If I wanted to pretend to have my hair cute I could have let my 5 year old daughter do that at home. Below a pictures of the silk press and trim that they said they did very unprofessional. I could have done a better job myself. I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy.

Always my first pick whether it’s a haircut or new color! Hannah and Mariah both do so good every time I go and would highly recommend their services as well as everyone else there! Very nice people and very calm/welcoming environment.

It was my second appointment, first with Tonia. She was great! I felt comfortable talking with her but better yet, she listened! The level of industry knowledge was very impressive, she even solved my issue with why I wasn't getting the results I wanted and showed me how to curl my really long hair. There was no pressure to buy product but the reasons she gave me to use them, sold me! Products were reasonably priced too. I can't wait to go back, wonderful experience!

One extremely happy bride and wedding party! I had gotten my hair and make up done along with my wedding party. All my girls were extremely HAPPY! My wedding day was EXTREMELY windy and all our our hair stayed in place. They gave us exactly what we wanted and were so happy and upbeat. Best part was, they took time out of there day for our Sunday for us. Awesome talent and awesome customer service! Thank you so much girls!

I came to this salon because my hair was RUINED by another salon. Tanya was able to talk me through it, explain what the process to bring my hair back to healthy and make me feel good. I've continued seeing her ever since. It's almost been a year and I'm welcomed every time I enter the salon and feel beautiful when I leave. No pressure stuffy headed salon atmosphere. There seems to be one goal in mind with all the staff here... They want to make you look and feel as beautiful as you are!

Worth every penny! Mariah was amazing! I came in with a botched hair cut. She took the time to fully understand what I wanted vs what I walked in with. My hair looks amazing! Thank you so much.

Heather is amazing! I wanted my waist length hair chopped to my shoulders and I absolutely love how it turned out! She is my new go-to stylist and I highly recommend her!

I am extremely picky when it comes to getting my haircut I have been to most all of the surrounding hair salons and I have not walked out liking my haircut. I am extremely pleased with my haircut even days after I cannot find one issue I love it Mariah was my hair stylist and she did exactly what I wanted the esthetician Brenda gave me samples to bring home which was a surprise in itself I would definitely come back I give you 5 stars and recommended Platinum Salon and Spa to everyone!!
