I just happened to find this place on Google. I live 45 minutes away and was in the area. Lynn did my toes, and Nick did my nails. When I walked in, I was blown away. I LOVE everything about it. From the warm and friendly staff, the decor is gorgeous, and they offer you something to drink, and even had snacks for the customers...for the holiday! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON. This was my first time going and I will continue to go each time afterwards.

They remodelled this nail place and now it looks nice, spacious and clean. Also there are new staff which is great news too. Jenny is a gem there. She is super talented creating gorgous nails and also very pleasant, making kind caring conversations. I will always come back here while she works here.

Found this place from TikTok so I took my mother there for Mother’s Day weekend. Her stylist took care of her and made her laugh which is what mattered to me. My stylist rushed my pedicure and left me feeling disappointed with the quality of service. Definitely still recommend this place and go later in the evenings if you don’t want to be surrounded by a lot of people.

Editing my review: my pedi started chipping in less than a week. I think the issue is the quality of the nail polish they use. Old review: I really like this place. I got a gel manicure here and I liked it so much that I returned 2 days later (today) to get a basic pedicure. The staff is very nice and eager to please. When i was leaving the salon, i noticed that the polish on my big toe looked a little messed up. I went back in, and my nail tech was more than happy to fix it. After she did, I sat under the nail dryer for about 1 hour just to give my nails a chance to properly dry. The reason that I'm giving only 4 stars is because after sitting under the nail dryer for an hour, my big toes looked like this (see photos). I didn't notice until i stepped outside into the natural light. I didn't go back into the salon again to get it fixed, because I had already gone back in once to get the polish fixed, and I had other things i needed to get done today. You can see the shape of the airwaves from the dryer. One of my second toes has those waves, too. For whatever reason, not all of the toes turned out like that. I don't know if the toes with the waves had more coats of polish than the other toes and maybe too many coats. I did not bump my toes against anything, so that is not what caused the polish to look like that.

Worst experience I had to literally ask her to fix my nails multiple times until I finally told her to take them off! I’m tired of booking here and them not being consistent with appointment times!! Wasted 4 hours of my evening to literally be disappointed! Manager there consistently chooses who’s nails she wants to do but then always claims she’s busy when appointments are booked with her. No consistency with what she does one day she does pedicures one day she doesnt. My nail tech states she doesn’t do dip but on multiple occasions she did it when she could. Baffles me why there is no consistency. Almost like they are picking and choosing what clients they want to be attentive to! Tired of salons making people feel like they are in the wrong for speaking up no ma’am I am paying my money and deserve the experience that I am paying for. I normally don’t complain but I think normalizing speaking up is needed!

Will never recommend. My 1st visit was ok, (Lucy did my nails and feet). She put 3 nails on totally crooked, when I mentioned it to her she acted like she didn't understand and kept going on. I figured I'd give them another try and this time, when I walked on, I specifically asked for someone that was really creative e and could do nail designs, the lady in the front pointed to cyndi. She made my appt to come back for 2pm. I was there 2 min early. Cyndi came over after I said I wanted the 2 nails that were really crooked to be replaced, (the 3rd one already broke off so that was a nail repair) she said she could fix them, which obviously couldn't be fixed if you look at the picture. (What was she going to do, attach another nail and then put the acrylic over it?!?! Lol) Cyndi had no one at her table when I came in for my appt at 2. Then a lady walks in and she worked on her nails even though I had the appt and the other lady didn't. (I would like to note then when I said 3 times, I didn't want her to fix them, I wanted them replaced, she gave me an attitude and was very unprofessional with her sighing since the last technician put them on wrong). After 40 min past my appt time and she finishes the other lady, she apparently said something to me but I had my bluetooth in and was watching Netflix so I couldn't here her, she then raised her voice to me and said "do tou want your nails done?" I said yes, (thinking to myself, no I've just been sitting here for 40 min for my health!!" She then gave me an attitude again and was rude and said "I said something to you and you didn't answer me!!" I apologized and said "sorry I have my Bluetooth in and couldn't hear you" She was really aggressive buffing my nails and it hurt. When she was done painting them I asked her "how much per design?" She said she don't do designs, I said I explicitly asked who does designs and she said you do!. Clearly she was lying to me just to be done with me since the first time I was there I saw her doing another women's designs. I just said f it and wanted to leave at this point. She told me it was $50 for a fill in and 3 repairs. I said "3 repairs?!, I have to pay for 2 of the repairs that Lucy put on wrong?!" She said yes. Needless to say I will not being going there again or recommending them to any of clients. I also did not leave her a tip for the rudeness, unprofessionalism, the orange nail that she put on crooked and the additional charge I had for something that wasn't even my fault.

This is a very clean establishment. They have been open about a year. Would go back but not to the nail tech that I went to. He wasn’t friendly. He was a slim short man with glasses. He kept hurting my cuticles and didn’t apologize when I yanked my fingers away. I would return to see what another nail technician has to offer since the place is clean and the techs overall quality of work was decent. I have a little air bubbles in the white part of my French manicure in which I told the nail tech about. He responded, “I am not finished yet OK”. Once my nails dried, I could see the little black air bubbles; I am disappointed about that.

Tina has my natural nails looking real healthy 😍 I would highly recommend a gel mani and pedi ! I mean, just look at the work.

The service was great, Jenny did an amazing job. Not only was it a quick service but done very well. I’ll definitely be returning.

Best nail salon in town. I walked in, had my temp checked and was given stanizter to clean my hands. Then I proceeded to the pedi station, which is practically a bubble around you, and the mani station has a divider between you and the tech. The tech wore gloves and she opened a new set of tools in front of me, letting me know the tools were clean.... I'm currently 9 months pregnant and decided to treat myself to a pedi and mani. Loen made me feel like a million bucks. I got the combo hot stone pedi and mani. This was the best pedi and mani I ever have. Now I can go home and relax, and relax with my toes and nails looking fly... Here's a pic of my swollen foot and my hand, after my much needed mani and pedi.
