All around great experience here! Booked a same day appointment online and they were very transparent about the price ahead of time - listed on the website and also made sure to go over it in person. Ann was fantastic, she made a suggestion for my nails that I absolutely love and wouldn’t have thought of on my own. She was also very meticulous with shaping them. Super clean, brand-new feeling salon which is a bonus. Will definitely be back!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I came in for ombré with a narrow square for my wedding nails. I got the attached photos... This was the result after I asked them to redo the ombré the first time because it came out so poorly. Then, I went back later and had her reshape them and they came out almost worse. I had to go to a new location. They refunded me the $30 for the failed ombré and didn’t refund me for the rest. It took me all day just to get a manicure. My suggestion is walk an extra .3 miles to go to Downtown Nails - they saved my nails!

I stopped by to get a quick builder gel refill before my flight. Everyone at the salon was super friendly, but I wasn’t completely happy with how my nails turned out. During the application, the gel looked pretty lumpy, and I wasn’t sure if it was the product quality or if the tech was still getting used to working with builder gel. She ended up drilling and buffing off most of what she had applied. That same day, the gel started lifting near my cuticles and peeled off with little to no effort (see photo).

Gigi Nails is an amazing new salon in downtown! The interior is beautiful, and we were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. The color selection is endless, including options like cateye and jelly polishes. Queenie was fantastic—she gave thoughtful recommendations on what color to choose and did an excellent job removing my old set and applying my new Gel-X. She was very detailed and consistently checked in to make sure I was happy with how everything was going. She didn’t hesitate to redo something if needed, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I waited until my second time to review Gigi’s. This is now my go to nail salon. Very clean, friendly and nicely atmosphere…..I am a net freak with OCD this place does not disappoint I had a pedicure and gel mani loved it when I say she cleaned my cuticles she got it all. Ok this time I seen T and she did this purple cat eye love it

Absolutely love this nail salon! Super clean, welcoming, and professional. Huge shoutout to Thy hands down the best nail tech ever! She’s so detail-oriented, creative, and always makes sure my nails look flawless. I leave feeling pampered every single time. Can’t recommend her enough. If you want nails that wow, go see Thy!

I was a walkin for a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure. Jenny was very attentive and sweet, gentle when we realized a cuticle was sore and made me laugh many times. I am very pleased with her work and encourage you to go to 101 Gigi.

The manager here is absolutely amazing! They truly listened to my feedback, were very attentive, and made sure I got exactly the results I wanted. I really appreciated how efficient and caring the service was. Excellent customer care, and I left very happy with my manicure.

Coco is the best nail tech! This salon is bright and modern inside, with a wide selection of colors for Dazzle Dry, gel, dip powder or regular). Prices are in line with other nail salons in this area, and more importantly, they post all their prices on their website. They take credit cards and offer a 5% discount if you pay in cash. They take walk-ins but you can also book online - make sure to ask for Coco.

I was very happy with the service. Van was gentle and skilled and my nails looked and felt so much better.
