I can’t say enough great things about Dustin. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness—it honestly felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. Dustin truly took the time and listened to what I wanted. He explained my hair’s needs, which I really appreciated. As hair has never felt so healthy! When showing him my inspiration photos, he explained how he could recreate it to fit my hair type and really helped me find the right products to style and maintain my new style. You can tell that he is truly passionate about his craft and genuinely cares about his clients. You will not walk out of his studio unhappy. I feel so grateful for him I’ve never felt more beautiful!

I have been going to Dustin for 4 years. He is incredibly talented and genuinely cares for everyone who sits in his chair. I'm an older client with concerns of the changes with my hair. Dustin has changed my color several times, still maintaining the health of my hair. He is such an amazing colorist. He will let you know the best products for your hair to keep it looking beautiful. Dustin is incredibly talented. His studio is quiet and peaceful, and he is always giving you 100% of his time and attention. I have what most stylists have referred to as the thickest hair they have ever seen- which can be unruly and difficult to manage. Dustin is always up for the challenge, and he leaves my hair silky, tamed, and looking incredible. It’s been a pleasure to have Dustin as my Stylist. I been going to Dustin now for at least seven years! He’s been the best stylist you could have. He puts all his all in you he makes you feel so special! He makes you come out of the studio feeling amazing and look amazing . I doesn’t make you feel like you are on assembly line! As a client of Dustin's for almost ten years this review is long overdue! I am so greatful to have Dustin as my stylist for all of these years! When we first met, he worked with my damaged brassy blonde colored hair and completely transformed it! I never knew I could leave a salon with my hair feeling soft and shiny after having blonde color before The Hair Studio! My color is always the perfect shade of blonde and my hair always looks and feels so healthy! Dustin is amazing at creating the perfect customized color and gives a fabulous cut and blow out as well. He truly cares about hair and takes the time to make it perfect! You will never feel rushed. All of his attention during your appointment is focused on making your hair look amazing and having you leave as happy as possible at the end of your service. Dustin also truly cares about his clients and it is always a great time when you are with him! You are guaranteed to laugh and leave with perfect hair!!

just had the best experience getting my hair colored and cut by Dustin! I've been going to him for a year since I moved to Rhode Island, and I can’t recommend him enough! This time, he spent a solid 5 hours on my hair, and I loved that he really listened to my thoughts. Honestly, I even joked, “Just do whatever you want!” because I trust him completely to create something amazing. And wow, the results are absolutely stunning! I’ve been getting my haircut by Dustin for years now and haven’t trusted anybody with my hair since. Dustin always takes the time to make sure he does it right while making sure you feel comfortable the entire time. He’s a pleasure to talk to and very professional. The hair comes out perfect every time too!

Hands down, Dustin is the best. I have thick hair that some stylists have struggled with in the past. Dustin knows exactly how to cut and layer it so that it doesn't feel so heavy but also doesn't lose its volume. Aside from the amazing haircuts, what makes me keep coming back is Dustin's charm and the fun of chatting with him throughout the haircut. He also has taken the time to make his studio a great space to be in. South County RI is lucky to have him!
