Do not go here! They chopped my daughters hair . It looked awful. She was in tears after leaving here. The lady who cut her hair was on her phone most of the time. (Very unprofessional)I have called twice to speak to a manager to complain and get a refund and I still have not got a call back. They don't care about you nor your hair. They could careless. I had to take her somewhere else to have it fixed.

Yolanda gave me a perm and the back was curly when I left the front was not. She said I can come back and get it fixed. The picture in the black shirt is when I got home I changed my clothes went to the bathroom and this is what I saw. The pink shirt is the next day. It’s even more straight. I called the store and I really just want my money back and over the phone they said they don’t do refunds. They’ll have the manager get a hold of me and I really just want my money back. I paid for service and I didn’t get what was supposed to be done. My hair looks a mess and I still can’t wash it because I need all the proof I can get that they messed up my hair and I deserve to get my money back so I’m still waiting to wash my hair the correct timeframe after a perm. It’s unfortunate because people were hyping her up saying that she’s the best at perms if this is the best you got I think everybody in there needs more training on how to do perms.

Chari cut my hair. She explained ;everything along the way how she was cutting my natural curly hair with tight curls. Chari explained what products would work best on my fine hair. I really enjoyed Chari's personality, she is an excellent hair stylist and I plan on having her cut my hair again.

We went to get my son a back to school haircut, trim my bangs, and trim my husband's mane 🤣, and Chari did such a wonderful job! She was super mindful of my son's and husband's weird cowlicks, and she did a fantastic job cutting their hair to make them look their best. I am super happy with how each of our hair turned out and would love to go back to her. She is such a fun and personable woman!

The stylist, Madina, was wonderful. She did a great job listening to what I wanted. My hair looks lovely. She saw me as soon as she could, and she was busy! So polite and friendly. I haven't had experiences with the other stylists, but Madina definitely left a good impression.
