Great Clips

I had a great experience at Great Clips Lowry Ln., Lexington, KY. I made an online appointment and was greeted with a smile by Toni when I arrived. When I told her that I was donating my hair for cancer patients, she was so excited. She immediately got a plastic bag for my ponytail. She measured my ponytail, removed it and listened to how I wanted my hair styled. We had a friendly, fun and warm conversation while she styled my hair exactly like I had wanted. Toni is a professional stylist and very personable. I was able to donate over 15” of hair to a worthy charity. I highly recommend Toni!

Employee was very rude and disrespectful to elderly disabled veteran. We left and went to a different salon and were treated wonderfully. If any of you are a caregiver I do not recommend you subject anyone to the treatment we received today.

Kenisha was amazing!!!!! 5 stars....I got a haircut two days prior at a different Great Clips location in Lexington and was not satisfied with the result. I came to this location today and she worked magic getting my hair how i wanted it. You won't regret coming to get your hair cut by Kenisha😁 great service

Super fast, did a great job on my son’s hair. One lady running the place got us in and out without a fuss.

Kenisha was awesome! I came in because I had my hair cut at a different Great Clips and didn't get the cut I wanted. (The cut wasn't what I asked for too long in spots, blocky on the back. The stylist never asked me what I thought and spent less than 10 minutes on me.). The wait time at that store was too long so I went to the Regency center store. Kenisha was my stylist and she assured me she could give me the cut I wanted. I get nervous because I like to keep the top longer (It curls.) and it often gets cut too short. She was able to reassure me, even during the cut, she could do what I wanted. She did! It looks great! I hope to sit in her chair for future cuts!

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all as the customer service and hair cut experience were both awful. I went in a couple weeks ago for a trim the and the stylist shaved a bald spot on my head and didn’t tell me. I only noticed after someone pointed it out which was infuriating to say the least. I called about a refund and received a tentative yes but when I went in not only did I not receive a refund but the stylist also denied making said spot. I was astounded that a hair cut place would gaslight me????? I called the customer service line and was promised a call from the owner but I’ve received no such call or anything for that matter. I’m making this review as a warning to anyone wanting a quick haircut because not only will they mess up your hair but they will also deny it ever happened. I’ll take this review down if some effort is made to remedy the situation but as it is now I’m done with this garbage place.

First was the smile and the greeting from my stylist! She looked good and smelled even better! She was so professional. Asked all the right questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything we had discussed about my hair cut. The final result was sheer perfection! I’ve NEVER had a hair cut go so well.

She was so warm and welcoming. Super friendly and professional. She made my son feel very safe and comfortable while getting his haircut. Very talented and absolutely one of the best! I’ll go to her anytime!

I had a great experience. There was a calm environment at 9:00 am on a Wednesday with just ambient radio music. I was one of two customers, so there was a short wait time. I come here frequently and have been for the last 19 years.

I had the best experience at great clips by a stylist named Kenisha. She always presents with a beautiful smile and is always positive a person. I went in to get a hair trim and she made me feel so welcomed and very comfortable. I will be definitely asking her to hook me up from now on cause she’s the best.

This location is where I get my haircut every time. Everyone that works there always does a good job and is very friendly. Shonda was my stylist today and she has cut my hair on numerous occasions. Did a great job as usual.

My stylist, Sheree, listened carefully to what I wanted and offered some helpful suggestions. They were skilled and efficient, and I was genuinely impressed with the results. My hair looks healthy and the cut is exactly what I envisioned.

Toni at the Lowry Lane location in Lexington does an excellent job! She pays attention to the details. She is kind and considerate and cuts your hair just the way you ask for it to be cut.
