Nail Story

I’ve gotten pedicures at Nail Story for over a year now. I have no complaints about any of the staff, they have all done great pedicures on me. Clean and nice facility. Recently I started booking with Van, after having a GREAT experience with her. She is so personable, with a cute personality, and couldn’t seem to give me enough compliments about my toes. She takes her time and makes little changes throughout the pedicure to make sure her work is how she wants it. Very gentle and gives a wonderful massage. Book with Van!!!

I came in for a pedicure and was helped by Van! She was so gentle, patient, and really paid attention to detail! My white French tip toes came out super clean and neat. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure her clients are happy as we had great conversation and laughs. She has great skill and I’d trust her with my full set next time. Also, I did a manicure and Thuy did my nails! It looks exactly like the reference picture I had and she was patient with my remarks on fixing a few things. She is a hard worker and so talented! This salon will definitely be my go to for now on!

I love coming here! Everyone is welcoming and never have to wait for a long time even if I didn’t do appointment. I always go to Mia! She’s the best!!! These were my birthday nails so pretty! She’s amazing with the nail art!

Fast service. Good work. Slightly more expensive than some other places I've been to but not much, especially considering the speed+quality of service. I usually get my nails done by Tom, good work.

After moving to South Carolina from New York I struggled at first finding a nail salon that did great work. One day I decided to go to NAIL story and I have been coming here for over a year now. Every visit has been a great experience. The staff create a friendly and welcoming environment to ensure you will have a guaranteed relaxing experience.

I have been coming to Nail Story for a few years now and they are so friendly, extremely clean, and very accommodating. I always leave happy with both my nails and toes. The owners are so nice and always welcome me by name. Jenny, my preferred nail tech, is very precise with great attention to detail. I will never go anywhere else! i recommend Nail Story 10 out 10!!

I got my nails and a pedicure done and was super satisfied! I got Gel X with light pink polish and a chrome finish, and I am in love! I will definitely come back.

I was happy to see a Nail Story is in Greenville since I had experience with Nail Story in Salisbury, MD. I sought them out because my experience has been they are thorough and knowledgeable. My technician was Kim and she is superb! I had a pedicure and the massage was tailored to my preference. Because I had such a positive experience, I asked for gel french manicure, if available. Kim also did my nails and took her time since I had not had Gel done for a few years. I highly recommended Nail Story! 10 out of 10 stars!

Absolutely love it here! This was my second time coming and my nails turned out amazing! I’m so glad I found this place. It’s super clean and they are so nice, can’t wait for my next appointment!

I really enjoyed my experience. I made an appointment and they took me back right on time. The only thing that bugged me a little is they kept pressuring me to get dip instead of gel. Also; when I booked online for French manicure gel nails with removal it was $45 but they charged me $50? The lady didn’t talk to me at all which I really didn’t mind but some people do so mentioning that here. She was very gentle and meticulous with my nails, taking her time, which I really appreciated! I would come here again!
