It hasn’t been a week but nails started to break and polish is starting to coming off and there’s polish on my cuticles. These are also gel nails which are supposed to last longer. I’ve had good experience with the other technicians but the last one I had wasn’t good.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. On one hand I have had great pedicures and they have been so sweet with my kid. On the other they have never made a set look right. The owner was Conte Ted and she tried resolving this issue so at least she is trying.

So, website pricing and pictures do not equal actual salon. Received extremely poor work from Emily. I found that some of my nail edges were not filed(jagged) before painted, only because, 3 hours later, color was not yet hardened and smeared. Relentless and tactless pressure to upgrade services. Highly disappointed, as customer reviews read favorably. Charged additional $9.89 or some odd change amount, for manual buff-only manicure with no color. They said the charge was for "shiny". Did not wish for unpleasantry of debate, only wanted to leave. Attached photo of their 'finished' work. You be the judge. I already began to correct my right foot, so no photo. Salon lacks integrity and quality of service and product. Negative star rating.

I don't do pedicures and manicures, but my wife really wanted me to go. So I did, and actually enjoyed it the employees were really nice, we had a good conversation, and the chairs were really comfortable. Don't get me wrong I'm not going to be a regular customer or anything, but I was surprised about how many men there where here. Overall I enjoyed my time and I don't think I'd hesitate or talk down about men getting pedicures as much anymore. Shoot I may return if my wife asks me to go with her again. Prices were great for what you get, but like I said this was my first experience so I have nothing to compare it to.

New client to this spot and only lived here over a month. Finally needed my nails done asap. Came across this nail salon by my boys school. I felt welcomed and greeted so kindly which is huge for me and it just made my services so much better. Thank you so much! Loved my nails.

i came for a pedicure and left with a feeling of “am i worth anything?” the woman doing my pedicure made me feel like i wasn’t worth her time or effort. my husband was with me and started before me and ended after me and we received the “same package” of pedicure service and she came about 6 mins after his started. my water was also cold after asking for warmer water. I actually asked for HOT but anyway.. i’ve gotten my feet done here before and my pedicure was good and also a full set which was great but i’ve never felt so “omg… when will this end?” from any other tech here or ever before.. but anyway… i didn’t catch her name but here is a video of her wondering if anyone else noticed because look... i hope it was just a bad day because no one else deserves to spend so much money and feel like this 🫶🏽

Steven did an excellent job on my almond nails! He took his time and was very meticulous about the shape. I wouldn't have minded if they were a little thicker but overall he did a great job! The price was perfect and he made sure to file off any extra acrylic that was under the nail instead of leaving it like a lot of places do! I will definitely be going back! Update: the last two times I have gone to this establishment a woman named Annie has done my nails. I will definitely be asking for a different nail tech from now on. She does a great job on your nails but she is way too rough for me. She cut me 3 times on one hand yesterday and when she saw me bleeding didn't say sorry and instead loaded a Cotten ball with alcohol and proceeded to wipe down my nails. It felt like my fingers were on fire! After having had her once already and knowing she was rough I did ask her to be gentle but she completely disregarded that request. You can see where she cut me in the photo on my thumb, pointer, and ring fingers.

This was my 1st time at this place. Staff and the owner is very friendly and nice. For some reason my gel nails started chipping after 6 days. I went back and the owner was so nice. She fixed them without any charges.
