Yesterday I brought my friend here to have her head shaved for her brain cancer treatments. I had called the previous day to make sure that they had someone who knew what to do. The wonderful woman on the phone was so helpful and she assured me we could come in and all would be well. We arrived right as the salon opened and stylist Stephanie stepped right up and got to work. She was AWESOME. My friend wanted everything to be low key/no drama. And that's how it went. Stephanie and the other stylist (whose name I did not get) were fabulous. Compassionate, encouraging. It was such a good experience. To find out that they do this service for cancer patients for free...such a caring gesture.

I went in for a hair cut. The was only one person ahead of me. I only had to wait about 5 minutes everything was said, done and dusted in 20 minutes. Great stylists and outstanding service. Only two more punches and there's a free haircut. They're open 7 days now.

We love Great Clips! We followed our stylist Stephanie when she moved from Warwick to North Kingstown location. She gives my husband a great short and tight cut and shave and my son with autism gets a great haircut with her as well. Then my other son and daughter get their haircut with her too. They have a sign in with the app so also easy to get in and out!

One lady who cut my son’s hair, shw was so rude. And never listened what we were trying to say She all mashed up my son’s hair style. I need to go to another hair stylist to make it right. I am very disappointed
