Made an appointment for 6pm as I don't get off work around 5:45. I called to let them know I might be a 5 min late due to working till 5:55. They said my appointment was canceled as it was at 5pm. Nope I would never make an appointment for that time. Very rude and acted like I was wrong. The gal asked if I could come at 5:30 and I told her no but I'd get there earlier if I could when I made the appointment. I guess blaming the customer when you don't want to work is how they do it.

Savannah was my stylist, and I went in to get my hair more blonde! I had a great service with her she seemed very kind and mature. Then after leaving the salon I realized I had chemical burns on my scalp and tops of my ears. I reached out to Savannah regarding my concern about my burns for days and was ignored by her as she was constantly active online. Then I resorted to messaging the owner Deneen, and she did the exact same thing. Very disgusting behavior. I honestly could care less if I got my money back, just make it right and don’t just ignore people who you BURNT. It actually blows my mind that someone can own a business and act like this and be ok with their stylist burning someone’s head. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Deneen is so great. I love how she does my nails. Awesome every time.

Visiting a relative here and had a referral to go to this place. They worked me in and they did an awesome job. I will plan trips here and return to their shop! Had a manicure and a pedicure.

This place is amazing!!!! I get my hair cut and colored here. As well as my Tattoo's there is an award winning tattoo artist there and his work is amazing!! there is also his wife she is the sweetest thing ever and she does body piercing! so this place is amazing all the hair and nail techs are so much fun to be around and they do great work i have been coming here for about 6 months now i wouldn't go any where else ever and the tattoo shop in in the back room in the back of the shop it's called Top Notch Ink 2 & Body Piercing check them out guys you won't be disappointed with any of there work! and like i said all your tattoo needs are all in one spot!

Took me in for a haircut with short notice. I believe the hair stylist was named Dominique. She was very friendly and gave me a great cut. I recommend her highly.

If you're a trans masc person going to get a more masc haircut then do NOT go here. The lady burtched the cut I wanted/showed you and I came out looking more girly then when I went in.

I went to a salon in the valley and they came off NEXT DAY! Michelle saved the day and gave me a beautiful set of acrylics! Great prices, great staff and they make you feel included. Definately my favorite salon!

Living in Globe for less than a year and was fortunate enough to meet Michelle during the historic home tours been going to her ever since . Not only is she an amazing everything I have been fortunate enough to consider her and her sister Deneen my friends . When you walk into the Body Shoppe, you walk into a familiar place even though it may be your very first time, you are greeted with respect, kindness and friendship. Their knowledge is superior , the laughter and jubilee radiates through out the shoppe.. Make this your one stop beauty destination !! You won't regret it !
