Calvin did absolute amazing job on my nails!!! I am in love!!!! I got my feet polished changed and a Gel refill manicure, which you completely slayed!!! I will 💯 be back! Thank you so much for taking extra care and time on making sure I wasn’t hurting, shaping my nails, and making sure every now and then I liked my nails! I also appreciate your professionalism. Very Disappointing Experience This was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time, but it ended up being a huge letdown. I went in with acrylic tips that I wanted to have soaked off to protect my natural nails, but instead, they removed them harshly using another tip, which felt rough and damaging. To make things worse, I was charged for the removal. The manicure itself was poorly done—the polish was uneven, messy, not smooth. The technician showed no attention to detail, and my cuticles actually looked worse after the appointment than when I arrived. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself at home. The pedicure was no better; it was rushed, finished in under 10 minutes, and the polish looked blotchy and uneven. Definitely not worth the price.
Came here for the first time. Amazing experience. Was offered a complimentary drink. Got a gel French tip full set. Absolutely loved my nails. Got so many compliments on them and they last about 3 weeks before coming off. Because I had such an amazing experience I decided to come back. I like to let my nails breathe before getting acrylics again so I got my acrylics removed and just polished them. Literally as I got home they were already chipping. I normally always get gel polish but I assumed this was last me at least a week before my next full set. Nope. These pictures are my nails from the very next day & im not hard on my hands. And unfortunately my feet look the same. Now I still think this is a wonderful salon. Very clean. Friendly. Super nice and fancy. Definitely one of my favorites in Delaware But if youre wondering if you should get regular polish or gel just pay extra for gel or else you'll waste your money completely
As nice as everyone was I really tried to like this place but I just can’t. I came in for a dip powder manicure on my natural nails which was already $50 to begin with. It seems like the lady I got as a walk in just didn’t know what she was doing, because my nails look like they got dipped way too many times and it looks too raised off my nails. At first when I left I couldn’t tell I thought it was just me but as hours passed I found more and more wrong with them. Asked for a thin straight French line and I got all crooked lines which she then tried to file them straight and just wasn’t understanding what I wanted (even though I had a picture). You can see how the lines are not the same on every nail in the photo, and even the nails are not all shaped straight. The total came to $65 which makes absolutely no sense for a dip powder manicure.
I stopped by while in the area to pick up a gift card for my wife so she could pamper herself before an upcoming wedding. She ended up getting a full set, a sports pedicure package, and her eyebrows done. She came home thrilled — everything was worth the money. She mentioned that her technician, Trish, was amazing — friendly, helpful, and made her feel comfortable with great tips and light conversation. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience that she definitely recommends!
10/1- i’m adding another update to this since the company replied. As I had previously mentioned before, I was always kind to her. I only went to her and we started to build a nice friendly relationship professional of course. And her attitude became very bad to the point where she didn’t even greet me for no reason, and I still tipped her. Therefore, like I mentioned attitude adjustments would be nice, especially if you’re dealing with respectful paying customers. So there’s no need for you to tell me that it’s going both ways because I was kind. Teach your employees to be more respectful. And Amanda is one of those people who needs to have an attitude adjustment every now and then because she was getting too comfortable speaking to me anyway that she felt like or not speaking. Thank you 9/2025- This is an update from my previous review. Recently I have been going to Amanda. She’s the only person that I’ve been going to and I found out that she’s leaving. I guess it doesn’t really matter, but I just have to share my experience the last few times I’ve been there. I’ve noticed that her attitude has been very nasty towards me. Unbeknownst to me I tip her. I’m nice to her. I’m kind to her. I don’t know what’s going on with her. Just based off of the last few interactions that I’ve had. I have chosen to no longer go here even after she leaves. She needs to learn to fix her attitude. I recently came in today because one of my nails broke off two days after getting them done. And I paid $150 for it so that’s unacceptable. But of course I met with attitude not even greeting not even a hello. I’ve also noticed that the chatter amongst others has gone up a lot and it almost seems as though there’s a problem whenever I mention correcting my nails, etc. if I’m paying for a service you’re gonna do it how I want it. Especially if I see errors.For most people who work in this establishment, (not all) I think that learning to not be rude to customers would be very helpful. She’s not the only one that’s rude. it was nice while it lasted. 2/2025- I went and got a pedicure and gel acrylic full set. And I came here looking for a new nail salon home because the place that I had previously were not doing a good job. And I will just say that I will forever be coming back to get my nails done here because they look amazing. Ask for Amanda!!
I came in yesterday rather close to closing time to get a gel manicure. I was told that they were booked up for the night and wouldn’t be able to do my nails since I didn’t have an appointment scheduled, granted. I completely understood. This morning, I woke up to schedule my appointment online, however, their website was down. My fiancée decided to join in on the nail date and called at around 2:15pm to schedule our appointments. She spoke to a woman who informed us that we didn’t have to make an appointment and to come in now. My fiancée informed the employee that we wouldn’t be able to arrive there until 5:30pm. The employee told me fiancée that 5:30pm was perfect. I arrived at 5:29pm and began signing in as expected. But I was greeted by the manager (who I spoke to yesterday) who asked me if I had an appointment scheduled. I informed him that I didn’t due to their website being down and informed him on the call my fiancée had with one of his employees. Although there was a tad bit of confusion with associated pressure from how busy they were, the manager acknowledged that their website was down, apologized for the inconvenience, further explained what happened, and let me know that he couldn’t fit my fiancée and I in at 5:30pm as expected, but could fit my fiancée and I in at 6:30pm. He created the appointment himself, asked how far I lived (10 mins away), and let me know that he’ll call me in advance if any of the nail techs finished early. My fiancée and I were perfectly okay with that and when we returned at 6:28pm, the manager greeted us again, and we were seen immediately. Throughout our visit, the nail techs gave us a wonderful experience and never made us feel like “we were in the way” of any kind. Not once did we feel rushed and not once did the nail techs rush doing our nails. Yes, mistakes and confusion happen. But I’ve come here plenty of times with no mistakes or confusion taking place and ironically enough, it was the only time I’ve ever experienced a mistake and confusion here that urged me to give them 5 stars. You can’t always control when things go wrong, but how you respond to them makes a hell of a difference! Thank you so much!
This place was amazing! Calvin did an excellent job and took his time doing my XL nails and designs. I absolutely loved the hospitality in this place! And they had special gifts and snacks for Mother’s Day 🥰 and complementary drinks for clients. 10/10 definitely going back every time!
Kim was my nail tech, she did and AMAZING JOB. They were by far the best nails I have ever gotten done. She was kind, and very efficient! Will definitely be coming back!
Just came here for the first time this morning and will definitely be back when I need my occasional nail fix :) Tina did a great job rounding out my nails & on my green jade cat eye look!
