I ordered two skin care products from their website. I didn’t receive a delivery update so I reached out via email. They let me know that their “inventory was off” so they had to wait for another shipment of my product. A few days later I received a email stating the products had shipped. Then, a week later, I reached out again because the tracking # was not working on the USPS website. They informed me that my package was lost and they had to wait to hear back from USPS. Mind you in the midst of all this lack of communication, my package arrived like 3 weeks late AND it was expired :(. I ordered it around 06/23/2025 and my lotion had an expiration date of “06/2025” 2 stars because they responded to emails promptly.

First time visiting Pleij and Jalyssa did a phenomenal job. She was so personable and made me feel super comfortable. She took time to understand my hair history and was incredibly thorough from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back and being family.

I brought my mom here as a birthday gift with hope to provide her with a new experience. 🎉 After doing some basic research on salons and spas in the Columbus area, this spot seemed to be a great place to get a facial. I spent SO much time reading through their website and Google reviews (lol). 🧐 Personally, I've never had a facial before so I didn't really know what to look for but Pleij seemed to have high quality services. The booking process was super simple and done online and I received confirmation texts and emails and one phone call the day before. Upon arrival, the entrance/waiting area is decorated SO well. I loved the layout and design of place. The receptionist had my mom sign in and took her temperature and asked if we would like anything to drink while we waited. My mom only had to wait maybe 5 minutes before Ena came out to take her back. 😊 Overall, my mom said she enjoyed her first facial (she had the express facial) especially since we wasn't sure what to expect. 😂 I think I will come back in the future to get a facial for myself or maybe something done to my hair. I dunno, I'm new to the salon and spa world so we'll see. 🤗

I contacted them to for styling men’s hair piece. I was told $160. I called back the next day to set up appointment, I was told $47 to $68. Higher price for more experienced. I chose $68 and wasted 2 hours going there to find out they didn’t have enough time for me. Also the price was changed again to $250. Outrageous to charge $250 for a cut. Waste of my time. I’d give it 0 star if I could.

Cara did an absolutely beautiful job. I never walked out of salon completely satisfied but she went beyond and above my expectation! What more surprising is that she instantly knew what I wanted to achieve without me explaining too much. Amazing! Salon is very clean modern and perfect place to spoil yourself. Will definitely come back again.

Original post December 2024 I have to give this place 10 Stars. I came in feeling sorry for myself because at 47 I looked in the mirror and saw a man who shouldn’t have been looking back. Scheduled my consultation and honestly got my socks knocked off on how professional and sympathetic the owner was. She made some suggestions and we’ll See for your self. I have indulged in the Med Spa they offer also and with a little Botox, and micro needling who knew This guy was under that. I highly recommend this salon. A one stop shop for everyone.

This salon is beautiful and the energy is calming. The owner, Tiché is amazing at what she does. She truly cares about her clients. The condition of my hair has drastically improved in the almost three years that I’ve been a client. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! I highly recommend PLEIJ!

We found this new salon, based on reviews. And it reflected the same, pleasant professional and fancy - clean. High class but you get what you pay for. DONT SKIMP YOURSELF. , you deserve getting pampered. Wife loves her fixed hair, from what was suppose to be great, to fixed and no longer damaged from a salon in (Peoria IL) . I had an amazing experience at this salon! I hadn’t been to a salon in such a long time, when I scheduled I let them know my hair type and what I was looking to get done, they were very helpful. Their site also lists their stylists with the services they provide, which is also super helpful. I am really particular about my hair so when I was able to do some research before contacting them I greatly appreciated that. I was told Tanyel would be best suited for my needs and it was the most PERFECT match. Not only is Tanyel so enjoyable to spend time with and have conversation with she exceeded all expectations I had for my hair. I couldn’t tell her enough how much I loved it! I’m so happy to have found her and this salon! Needless to say I will be going to her regularly and already have my next blowout next week!

How it all started. The owner was in my line to checking out at Target. The owner brought up how her Salon has a Private room. Perfect for Muslimah’s. I finally made an appointment. I was very pleased with Tanyel. I was so pleased with her performance and personality, that I called the shop to advise how my hair was still flowing after taking my Hijab off. I spent so much time reading through their website and Facebook page. The booking process was super simple and done online and I received confirmation texts, emails and push notifications from the Square Go App. Upon arrival, the entrance/waiting area is decorated so well. I loved the layout and design of place. The receptionist asked if I would like anything to drink while I waited. I love the Cafe’. After my appointment ended. Tanyel gave me a tour of the Salon + Spa. Absolutely beautiful and a home like feeling.
