First time I came here and had a very pleasant experience! Service was excellent and I was able to make a same day appointment. Adriana was very careful with how she parted and trimmed my hair, which I appreciated. She fixed my layers and blended my hair nicely as well as gave me free samples of their products! I love how she didn't make my hair thin and respected its natural straightness. Go support this local business!

As a mother of two boys I desperately needed some ME time! I had grown out my hair and had dyed it previously which killed my hair. My curls weren’t curling . Adriana gave me such a confidence boost with my new hair cut ! My curls look and feel beautiful. Such a relaxing and fun environment I came out feeling beautiful ! So happy with my experience and highly recommend Adriana ❤️ definitely coming back!

I love this salon. The whole experience is amazing from the time I walk in to the time I leave. I love the Aveda hot tea and the hand massages. My hair always looks amazing. I really recommend the Invati products too. I have been using them for about a year and my hair is looking really good. I love my stylist. She is brilliant with color and specializes in fashion color too.

I can’t put into words how great Thirty Hair has been for me. The short version is: Everyone is so sweet and professional, I always walk out so relaxed and it’s the one appointment that I look forward to the most! From the complementary hand massages to the little scalp massage I get when they’re washing my hair, and the conversations I have throughout my appointment. Everything is amazing and I have the best time there. My hair has never looked this good and I finally love my hair again! 10/10!!! Long story! I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for some place to do highlights. **Backstory the last salon I had went to messed up what I asked for—which was a copper color—and I walked out with fire engine red….red never goes away…It had been a year of me, trying to figure out what to do with my hair because I hated everything about it. After doing some googling, I found Thirty Hair and checked out their Instagram page! At the time, they were looking for hair models for new employees, this is how I met Adriana! From the moment I walked in everyone was so sweet. They talked me through all of my options and the process of what it would take to get me to where I wanted to be with my hair. I have been going for over a year and my hair has looked amazing ever since. I get so many compliments and my self-confidence has drastically changed. They make me feel like a million bucks every time I walk out! I’m so glad I found this gem of a salon!! I can’t recommend the salon enough, especially Adriana. I would trust anyone there to do my hair! Adrianna is my girl and I tell literally everyone I know to go see her!!

I came on December 30th. I want my hair to color from black to ash blonde. After 4 hours, $250 ($20 off for new customer), my hair came out just like how I walk in. They said my hair is too dark for 1 time dye. I need to come back 2-3 times to get the look that I want!!! If they said this before my service, I would walk away. Who would have that much money to pay for they hair. The picture is 1 day after the service. Does it look like blonde??!!! I have to spend another 250 at another hair salon to get my look. This time is 1 try.

I am so glad I stumbled across Thirty Hair on Google. Right down the stress in Columbia and oh my goodness the ambiance of this place is so relaxing. They work hard to be inviting and good hospitality is clearly part of their business model. Philly took incredibly good care of me yesterday. They were patient and thoughtful about their approach to my issues. I have thick heavy hair that some stylists are overwhelmed with but not Philly! They tailored every step of my experience to my needs and my scalp has not looked or felt this healthy in YEARS. How is it that day 2 I feel even better than day 1?! I will be back in a few weeks for the same service. THANKS PHILLY, all the stars!

Absolutely wonderful! Leah was friendly and started with “what are your goals” and ended with confirming everything met my expectations. Excellent customer service language power phrases! This created an environment where I felt comfortable enough to identify an area I wanted a little more blending and I ended up so very happy! I really struggle with getting hair cuts I truly love and this cut and experience was exceeded expectations. Scheduled my next appointment and immediately texted two friends! Also- sensory friendly, the blow dryers have attachments that make them not so loud, low music, and no strong smells.

Tried Thirty Hair for the first time after being unhappy with my last couple of haircuts elsewhere and had a great experience. Lexy took the time to understand what I really wanted and provide her expertise. Beautiful salon and I appreciated the little extras such as the neck and shoulder massage as well as the hand massage. I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to see Emma at Thirty Hair for five years. She is incredible and always does an amazing job coloring, cutting, and styling my hair. She is a joy to work with and gives me great advice on caring for my hair and keeping it healthy. She listens to what my wishes are for new styles and colors and helps me achieve my favorite looks while keeping my hair in its best shape. Emma and all the staff at Thirty Hair always make me feel like so welcome with complimentary hand massages, scalp massages during shampooing, drinks and snacks and their warm personalities.
