This was my first ever visit here and it was GREAT! My nail tech was Ines at table 12, she is so talented. I had dip nails that needed redoing. She explained everything she was doing and she helped me pick a accent nail design. I don't know how she held her hand so steady to paint the tiny flames and to add glitter to them as well. I am so happy I stopped in there. I will definitely be back to see Ines! I highly recommend this nail spa.

MYA was phenomenal! Her customer service was great, her communication skills were excellent, and she’s very sweet. I showed her a picture of the set I was wanting and she did my nails the exact same way as the picture. I will definitely be back to see her ! 10/10

This is a big and good looking salon but the service is horrible. If you want a great 5 stars experience i recommend any other surrounding nail salons. Either noone speaks enlish or they just dont like me. There’s only 1 guy that i like but hes never there. Hes speaks the best english and i never see him. Instead i get this short guy thats like a robot. Both times with him ive been quiet because it seems like hes in a race and im just going to let him finsh and leave and will never come back to this place. It truely is the Mcdonalds of nail salons. You can not sit and relax but its a drive-thru experience. In and out and your lucky if your nails dont break. My old nail tech has been doing by nails for 30 years before he died. Even with that much experience he pays great attention to detail and takes his time. I do not want that 15 monite experience again and expecially for $75. He was working on my nails while watching everyone else around i dont know why. I dont care how great the nails are and i cant believe the owner of this place would allow the place to be serviced like this, this salon will not last long. I didnt say anything out of fristration and left but they will never get another dollar from me. Im going back to my old nail salon even though its 45 minutes farther but you get a great experience. Cindy has been doing nails forever and she still takes her time. Even asks about my life so far even though ive stopped coming. Just a level of care Mccain nails will never achieve. The hiring process here is literally trash. Hell i might as well go get glued on nails they look good in pictures and cheap. There also another girl i like but shes never there on sundays. Shes pretty decent with her english too. How can you know what someone wants if you cant understand them thats all im saying. Goodbye mccain nails. Enjoy rushing your customers from now on. You wont last

I have used them twice now & they have done wonderful work on my nails! The techs I've had were both very sweet and very talented! I have an extra hands-on job & was so pleasantly surprised when the first set stayed on for 3 weeks before any sort of lifting started! Their facility is beautiful!

It literally took over an hour for me to get my full set completed. I knew it was going to be a problem when she had to go back and correct my right ring finger just to profect the left ring finger. Nails were a week old when one popped off and another one cracked. Wasn't even at work nor did anything vigorous to break a nail. I asked for coffin/ballerina and it's more square. Idk McCain Nails. I dont like to waste my money nor nobody else's. UPDATE: IF YOU ONLY WANT NAILS FOR A WEEK, THIS IS THE SALON FOR YOU. I WON'T GIVE ANOTHER PENNY

‼️WOULD NOT RECOMMEND‼️ I went for a refill with gel polish which I paid $60. By the morning the gel had chipped. I went to have them repaired and 3 days after the repairs my actual nails broke and split the nail bed. Would not recommend this place

I got a pedicure and a manicure and I highly recommend this place, the staff is very nice and professional, they work really well, Price is reasonable and they had a lot of Availabilities, even for walk ins

Great experience. Went in for full set and pedi. Got both with gel Polish , eyebrows , and lip wax for $130. Well spent id say ⭐️ even tho it was early I waited MAYBE 10 minutes. That just explains the good business they have but still that’s not a discrepancy at all, when it’s good business for a great price

I got a manicure, pedicure, and eye brow wax. Pedicure and eyebrow wax were great. The guy that ended up doing my nails did not do the best job. The nails have small lump and he hit the skin of my nail several times where it is now peeling. Over all nice and clean place.
