I got blocked (from booking) because I asked if she (Laura) could fix my nail she messed up. After she seemed to get annoyed that I even asked, i said just dont worry about it. She seemed irritated the rest of my session. When 2 of the nails came off at 8 and 10 days after getting them done I can't help but think she did that intentionally, because they usually last no less than 5 weeks with her. I tried to book so she could fix them i then realized she not only blocked me from booking but also blocked my number from her personal phone. Very unprofessional, like it wasn't even a big deal. It wasn't like an argument or anything just a simple question and then me trying to be nice said its okay leave it. Had I known i was going to get blocked i would've had her fix the nail that she initially messed up then charged me full price for. I guess as long as you don't point out her mistakes your good to go, the moment you do you'll be banned without an explanation.
