so cute! the couple did a great job on our nails and didn’t rush at all to make sure we got the best service and quality! we both got a full pink and white acrylic set with designs + a pedicure and all of it totaled to $106! such a great price for great service
I was charged $65 for a fill with no designs. Color i chose from samples was not available. My French tip was so uneven both with shaping and polishing. My nails were left bumpy. She made me bleed and drilled down to the nail bed on multiple nails. Definitely has to be one of the worst manicures I have ever received. She was doing her nails while doing mine, hurt my nails, and overcharged me. My mistake going here for trying to get a fill here out of pure convenience. I'd rather wait or drive across town in the future.
I’m sooo sooo sad and mad. I’m not the one to make a fuss about things or make a big deal out of things but this lady charged me hundred freaking dollars for the worst nails that I have ever had in my life. I showed her what I wanted and how I wanted it and she told me that if she did it that way it would’ve been ugly after she was done. That is not only rude but also unprofessional. She did what she wanted very fast and sloppy and before I can even complain she’s going to boast herself to other clients and tell me that she did it the way she thought was best. I will never come here again and I will ask you to save your money. First pic is what I wanted and the rest is whatever she did on me. I have a special event today as well, I’m so ashamed to show myself. Literally crying in my car because I didn’t say anything about how bad and fast and sloppy she was doing me. I also sent a pic before hand and asked when I came in if she could and she lied and said yes. Never coming back and I hope you enjoy my 100$.
I should have learned my lesson, this use to be the only place that did my nails, I loved Holly and how she does nail. But then the man started doing my nails, and they were awful, so for the last year I have been going to Hna’s Nails, love Elaine and John, they do a wonderful job! My favorite duo is on vacation, so I stopped in at Regal nails, the man nail tech did my nails.. and he cut them off, when I clearly said long, and square. He missed nail polish on every finger, and never cut out around by my cuticles, the acrylic is up onto my skin and he left it there. I just got my nails done yesterday, and there is still a gap like he never filled it in all the way. I definitely will not be returning. Even after it turned out like this, I still paid the $35.00 and left a $5.00 tip. Now I need to spend more money, to fix them- I have a family event on Saturday..
Service was ok. Please please always ask for a receipt when you do payment. I took a 45$ deluxe pedicare and was charged 46$ on receipt. For some reason I asked for the receipt. So please be careful. Its a dollar but imagine charging extra to everyone. Thanks
$50 I paid for this nails. I told the owner 4 times i wasn’t happy with the shape she didn’t care, they don’t know how to do nails. Don’t go there please.
Don’t go ever again here I hated my nails they look so ugly didn’t turn out how I wanted them. The lady who did them did them soooooo fast & has polish on the sides of my fingers! Never again
I’ve been to this Regal nails twice now and both times have been nothing but disappointing. The first time was back in December when I got my Christmas nails and I paid $70 for a simple design. I wasn’t getting tips put on, just using SNS on my natural nails. She then used a stamp to do my design so nothing was hand drawn which leaves me further confused as to how it was $70. The person doing my nails put my hands in front of a little space heater to dry which I was confused with because never has my SNS felt wet before and has never taken more than 2 minutes to dry. She tried filing and shaping my nails before they were dry and never grinded/smoothed them out so they were bumpy and lopsided in certain areas. Four of my nails were chipped and lifting within less than a week. The only reason I came back here is because I had a gift card so I figured I would use it on a pedicure before vacation. The pedicure itself was okay at best; they didn’t push my cuticles back and trim the access and the towels they were using looked ratty and some had holes in them. When I went to pay they told me they wouldn’t take my gift card because it was purchased at the other Regal nails in Appleton stating they were a franchise. It’s frustrating that this isn’t posted anywhere. I didn’t think this would be a problem since there is a Regal nails in every Walmart in Appleton, Neenah, and Oshkosh and when I go to other places that are franchises such as McDonalds or Taco Bell, never once have I been told I can’t use my gift card if it was purchased at a different location.
Wanted to treat my MIL to a mani-pedi. Arrived on time for our appointment, and still had to wait over 45 minutes to get any service. Mid-afternoon on a weekday. It was hot, but we weren't offered water or anything during the wait, or during the service either. My MIL said the man who did her pedicure /intentionally/ tickled the soles of her feet, so she was a bit weirded out. Neither he, nor the woman who did my pedicure, spoke English, so we had a difficult time communicating, having to always wait for a 3rd person to translate. They both did a good job on the pedis. Unfortunately, since it took so long to get started, we couldn't afford the time to stay any longer so we didn't get our manicures.
Thursday my daughter and I booked an appointment at 3 PM. I wanted to enjoy time together with a pedicure and have a new nails done. We thought if we booked an appointment they would take the time with us. People were coming in and asking if they would be able to have a service done and they said they would be right with them. I was told they will be able to do my nails like my photo that I showed them but that is not what they did. They were very rough and worked very fast. I got a $40 pedicure with gel polish I was charge $65 😳 and it came off the following day. My fill with gel polish was $55 and that is chipping.😬 I feel like they are trying to get people in and out the door as fast as then can. which is not acceptable when you’re paying good money to have a service done. My granddaughter does a better job than this
