Kate!!!!!!! Oh my GOODNESS I LOVE her!! I am Deaf. I went to a different nail place and they did absolute crap on my nails. Too long and the wrong color. Not great with communication. This place?? CHAMP!!! Gesturing, writing and making COMPLETE SURE I got what I wanted and was comfortable the whole time!! Kate fixed all the mistakes I mentioned and they turned out just the way I wanted them to be! I WILL be coming back!!! What they didn't know was that I also have autism. I'm VERY picky about my nails. These were absolutely PERFECTION to my sensory needs!! ❤️

I recently visited to have my nails done. Natalie did an amazing job! I absolutely love this place. It is such a fun place to come and relax. I left feeling beautiful and refreshed. I will visit again. I would definitely recommend their nail service.

Marcella is lovely and I was super happy with the nail art I asked for. I do feel like the technical part could be improved, as far as overflow on skin & cuticles. Just wish it was a more clean finished result.

I had a lovely first experience at Nailed! where I got a full mani/pedi for my upcoming wedding. The atmosphere was beautiful and contemporary. Natalia, my experienced nail tech, was so sweet and a great conversationalist! When I couldn’t decide between gel and regular polish she took the time to show the French tip done in both ways to help me make my decision.

I went here for the first time on Saturday, 7/12, for a full set of Gel-X. Although my nail tech was very nice, when she started the application of the Gel-X it was clear she was struggling. The following day, Sunday, two of my nails popped right off like they hadn’t been applied correctly. I’ve been getting Gel-X for 3 years from my private nail tech and I’ve never had one nail pop off the next day when I was hardly using my hands, let alone two! I tried calling the salon yesterday to explain the situation and hopefully be compensated given this has never happened to me in the 3 years I’ve been getting Gel-X (and I usually get my nails much longer than what I got at Nailed so there is no reason they should be popping off the day after I got them done), I was on hold for over 5 minutes when the girl that answered the phone said it would be a “really quick hold”. I then texted the phone number listed on the website once again explaining my situation. I have received no response and it has been over 24 hours. I’m incredibly disappointed in the service I received while I was in the salon and the lack of service I’ve received since. Charging $70 for nails that don’t even stay on is absurd. I will not be coming back.
