I came in yesterday to get my nails done the staff is usually very sweet and attentive. Stupidly, I didn’t look at my nails really well before I left. Once I got in the car I realized that the polish job was not great. The color is smudged and the lines are not crisps half of them don’t even connect ( I’ll post pictures down below so you can see what I’m talking about.) This wasn’t what bothered me… what bothered me is that I called up there about 30 minutes after I had left and told her the more I looked at it I just wasn’t happy with the polish work. She tells me that if I want it to be fixed I would have to pay because I was taking up more of her day. Keep in mind I’m in the beauty industry too. I’ve had people tell me the next day they didn’t like the hair I did on them and I fix it for free no questions asked. I was just disappointed in the customer service and the polish job. The pedicures are great here though!!

Walked in Sunday at 3 pm and was seen immediately. They helped me with deciding the colors for the design I wanted! Professional and skilled! Would recommend!

When I left, I was very apprehensive about the dip technique used, but it’s been nearly 2 months with this set (don’t come for me, I am bad at getting my nails done consistently) and I have yet to even CHIP my nails. There is no lifting, no discoloration, not one of them have broke. I live across the country otherwise I would get my nails done here ALL the time. I work at a body shop and I’m very rough on nails. They are fantastic, friendly, and all around phenomenal! I highly recommend this place!

The pedicure itself was decent, not $100+ worth, but the paint job looks like it was done by a 3yr old. Im embarrassed to show off my toes looking like this.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I would never recommend this place to NOBODY. For starters the customer service is horrible, I communicate that I was not happy with my service and she refused to fix and said that I’m hard to make happy. It’s so much more I can say, but just passing through this area I would not recommend!

They did an awesome job and were great with my kids. We had a family spa day!!

Mummsy and I decided on Mani-Pedis today and they were amazing! Love the colors, they added extra coats to make sure we got the full benefit of the lighter shades. We didn't have too long of a wait and they were super friendly!!

i would give this a zero , but that’s not possible , so i give this a ONE . i wanted the nails w/ the butterflies , but you see that’s not what i got . i absolutely HATE HATE HATE these nails , not to mention the money i had to come out to get these none proportionate nails . 65 DOLLARS FOR THESE BRICKS . they were so thick , couldn’t even lift my hand off the nail desk . i had to go back to get them fixed & sadly , the picture i have provided are them fixed . so imagine how they looked before . im VERY unsatisfied & these people will never get my money again . i was in the chair for a total of 30 minutes , she rushed the entire time & had my skin burning . i wouldn’t wish these nails on my worst enemy . i asked the lady “ so how long have you been doing nails “ to make sure i was in good hands , well she goes onto say “ for long time “ . so ofc i felt secure , i tried to trust the process , but shoot , this caused me trust ISSUES . so basically if you take anything from this , i hope it’s that you’d never waste your time at this joke they call a nail salon .

I called and asked about availability the lady asked if I wanted to come at 4. I politely said no thank you, I have something else around that time. We can schedule for the next day. She says oh no, come in at 2:30. I agreed. When I got there they looked busy but he came and put me in a chair within 10min. I was happily waiting until it was over 1hr and a half and no one had came back to speak to me or even put my feet in water. People were walking in after and they were starting to help them. When I noticed them moving to the next person that had just walked in I spoke up. He ensured me it would only be 5more min. So I set back and then the guy finally came over. He went to the back and brought back what looked like a basic pedicure. I asked which one that was because I pointed on the menu where it clearly said all the extra stuff. I was not about to pay double in price for a basic pedicure after waiting almost 2hrs after my appointment time! I had to call and push back my other appointment which was why I couldn’t make it at 4 in the first place….. this upset the man and he was now purposely wasting my time. Hanging out in the back… then comes to the front-gives me a RUDE look and walks outside! I dry my feet to leave and put my shoes back on since it was 2hrs at this point…. The other guy goes to get him and he refuses to do my feet(asking to switch clients) needless to say I left and will never return. There’s always a reason on why you don’t go there in the first place! Horrible customer service, time management, and scheduling skills!

I Love my nails they are beautiful in the lady was so nice and sweet and I just enjoyed my whole visit would definitely go back
