Went for a gel pedicure…beyond horrible experience. The tech was inattentive and very distracted. He did not trim cuticles/dry skin, sloppy polish job (nails not fully covered to the edges) and nails cut/filed uneven. Questioning the hygiene protocols of this salon as well. After multiple attempts to politely voice my concern to him he seemed bothered; I finally gave up. I usually tip well for good service but left him with $0 tip. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and customer care should be basic expectations — sadly, none were met. I received a survey from the salon after and filled it out as in this review but have not received anything back in 4 days. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
My nails remain in good condition between each fill appointment and she is always up to a new design idea. Tee provides great service!
I always have a good experience getting my toes done here but a new guy I have never seen before took me back today. Big mistake on my part for not requesting the man I usually have do my toes. The man I usually have do them will take his time, and make sure I like them throughout my visit, I usually spend about 45min-1hr in the chair. This new guy rushed my visit, I was out of there is 25 minutes. He hurt me (burning my nails) when he was using the spinner to file, he cut my toe nails crooked, he did not massage with lotion or give me a hot towel. The paint doesn’t even cover my full nail, the top coat was dripping down my toes I had to pick it off. He never asked me if I liked them instead he said “okay mami, they look good, you’re done”. These are my toe nails to chaperone prom tonight and to go on my cruise in a week. I am so disappointed. After 4 years of coming here I will not be returning.
Tee is an expert and has been doing nails for 35 years. I highly recommend her if you want a perfectly done set of acrylic nails.👌✨💅🏻
This place is deceptive. They have a brochure with pricing! A basic pedicures is $38 and they go up to $65. Apparently these do not include polish, and French tips! My $38.00 pedicure was… $63.50! Then they informed me that when you get an acrylic fill, you pay for shaping, $10.00 to have your nails filed! Plus $25.00 for designs. My fill went from $40 to $75.00! NEVER, I repeat NEVER WILL I GO BACK, or refer a single person!
It was my first time here today believe it was my techs first day at this spa too I was greeted nicely wait time was good for being busy my nails came out very nice had refill n a cut down same girl did my pedi and eyebrows wish I got her name she was so sweet and listened to every word I said did my nails toes n eyebrows just as I wished Very happy with my visit today Thank you 🤗
Not the best manicure I've ever had. My nails look like they've already grown out a week and I'm still sitting in the salon waiting for my friend to finish. Haven't even looked at my toes yet.
Such a friendly and welcoming experience! The owner took such care of my nails and made sure to go above and beyond my request. I'm from out of state and my nails were overdue for a new set. She was so attentative to detail and continuously made sure I was happy through the process. 100% recommend!
V is sooo awesome! Fun, great personality and so good at what she does! She is the best!
Amateurs.... never again.... just moved to the area and came in with an ingrown nail on my big toe right hand corner, causing a lot of pain when I put my shoe on. So I came to organic nails ......after they talked me into upgrading my spa package which I didn't want all this extra unnecessary stuff but the lady uncomfortably kept assisting obviously for extra money.. when She was all done I told her she still had not cut the ingrown out ....she explain to me it's too small and she can't get it. Which was the whole reason I was there was to get this uncomfortable ingrown cut out so then another staff came to help who made 1000 excuses for the last lady who couldn't do it, and he tells me I need to see a podiatrist for an miner ingrown nail lol The entire experience was embarrassing..... Mind you this is basic upkeep that I've been getting done for years...never been told this before ...ok. So they completed their service and I paid them $40 and I still had the ingrown on my toenail so I drove more than a 1 hour away to my old nail tech (Bath nails) which I should have done in the first place my good friend michael always took care of me i just moved too far away but after maybe 30 seconds of him picking around on my toe all you heard was (clip... I got it) he had found the embedded nail and cut it out in all under a minute. He also went through every single toe and cut small portions of the nails out, showing me what the other place( organic nails) had missed and what they should have cut also showing me the they left untouched sharp corners on a lot of my toes , which would have caused future problems. He also cleaned out all types of dead skin and gunk from up under each and every nail and collected it on a napkin and showed me that none of this stuff should have been left behind by organic nails and my nail pathway Should have been cleaned and cleared out before They even attempted to trim or cut any ingrowns. The amount of dead skin he pulled from under my nails and the amount of nail he trimmed from the corners of each toe showed me that (organic nails) did nothing. So I felt I definitely got ripped off being that I had to go somewhere else to get the job done right. Moral of the story, Stick to the professionals also all the tools they use just sits in open baskets when they should be cleaned and put in sealed packages, assuring each customer that they're getting clean instruments, but I didn't see that here. would not recommend this place to anyone.
