Fantastic Sams Cut and Color

Kassie saved my butt yesterday and Delana was so sweet to my little girl and cut her hair and did a Elsa braid. I ended up walking in and have never been to this location. The day before I had gone to a different salon and walked out super disappointed and anxious walking around with my hair looking so bad. I went into this location and Kassie was super nice and was able to see me later in the day to help me. She did a consult with me and took the time to explain what was wrong with my hair and listened to what I was trying to achieve. She was easy to communicate with and I could tell her and Delana made a great team. I watched them multi task and attend to other clients during my services and although they were busy they had a positive attitude. Definitely will be coming back again especially with my little one!

Went for the first time today! I've been to a few salons and its more awkward than anything because they want to just get you in and out and don't conversate much. Today, FS exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. Not only do they sit and talk with you and make you feel right at home, but they do amazing work. I will definitely be coming back. Ryan is fantastic! She’s been cutting my hair on and off for about 15 years, and nobody does it better. She also gave my daughter the cutest a-line haircut!

Such an amazing place! I came here as a recommendation from a friend and got super lucky to meet Kim. She's such an angel. I asked for layers in my hair for the very first time, and she did them perfectly! I love how she cut it. Super kind service, very clean place, and comfortable.

Me and my mom were in need of a hair color, our hairdresser has been sick and I called fantastic sams because a coworker recommended them to me and I tell you what Kimberly at the Rutherford location is amazing and so funny we talked the whole time while me and my mom were getting all over color, she came in clutch and I would recommend her to anybody!! Very pleased with our cut and color!!

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. The manager is the one who did my haircut and I could not be more disappointed in her professionalism or her ability to cut hair. I was not listened to nor was the end result anything like I had asked for (and provided photos for). Very disappointing. Don't waste your time or money

I cannot overstate how amazing our experience was with Delainie!!! My son has extremely curly hair and she expertly gave him a new style that compliments his natural curls. On top of her expertise she is so sweet to work with! We will be using her for our whole family from now on.

I loved my experience there. I went to the one on Rutherford in Mufreesboro in The Keningston Strip next door to Publix and the UPS store. My stylist was so friendly and nice. The experience was good. Everyone there was nice. I got a cut, color and highlights and it was very reasonably priced. Nice place to try. I will go back.
