Not thrilled with the way I was charged, took my granddaughter to have her nails done. Specifically told her tech the Princess package which was $30, then was charged $30 for her toes and $30 fir her fingers. This was a not a language barrier since she had her price list and was told more than once. I just feel taken advantage of.

You must go see Anna! She is incredibly talented. Her detail is so precise and confident and she carry’s herself in a friendly but professional way. Every time I come in with an idea or inspiration she nails it on the head and sometimes even better than I imagined. Ask for her and I PROMISE you will leave incredibly happy.

I go Here and I see “Anna “ she has been my nails stylist for over four years and I enjoy every time I get my nails and toes done by her. I will upload some of her work so you guys can see how great she is. Her prices are very reasonable as well, and she is very professional. Anna is sweet and she does everything she can to be sure you get what you ask for

Gorgeous atmosphere. So relaxing. Super nice staff. Stylist Chris Stacy did amazing job with my sister's hair and the nail artists are great. Especially liked the complimentary wine and the pedicure chairs. Elegant setting with affordable prices. Definitely worth every penny.

If I can give this salon zero stars, I would. I have visited this salon so many times before and have had zero issues. Yesterday, I walk in and ask for an ACRYLIC SET and get sat immediately. I had the intentions on getting a round, French manicure with the tips being different colors. I have had this design done before at local shops costing no more than $80. I am not greeted with a hello, how may I help you, he didn’t ask if I wanted a manicure. The nail tech tells me for the shape (round) it would be $60 then an additional charge for each color (5 total) for a total price of $115. Knowing how much I have paid for simple designs like a colored French tip before, I told him I’ll pass and asked him to just grab any pastel orange from their collection. He comes back with a Texas burnt orange. I told him that’s not what I was looking for and to grab any hot pink they had. He comes back with a beautiful hot pink, but it was the dip container of hot pink. I am not the type to ask for any changes at a salon, but I felt like asking again for acrylic. The entire interaction between me and this nail tech up to this point had been very rude, rushed, and like he didn’t want to even do my nails at all. So when I asked him very nicely again about acrylic (something I get done every time I go to the salon for the last two years) he tells me that’s how they do it. I am almost 23 years old and I’ve been getting my nails done since I was in middle school. I think everyone knows the difference between dip and acrylic. So he then starts forming the beads out of the dip to put onto my nail. When he gets my “acrylic” on my nail, he starts shaping them. Another note, why do nail salons charge for a shape other than square? In Memphis when I get my nails done, the shaping is included in the entire price. Anyways, he filed every finger perfect except for my pointer fingers, and when he was done I once again very nicely asked him to round the edges just a little bit more. He then says to me in a rude and loud tone, “I can’t file them anymore because your natural nail is too short.” I froze and didn’t know what to do in the moment, so I asked for a different nail tech. When I asked that, he throws the file down, pushes himself away from the counter, and walks away. In that moment, all I could do is cry because I have never had terrible service like that before. Not to mention, he was filing so hard he made my finger tips bleed. The manager (or owner) Kenny came up and started fixing my nails and was very kind and caring for the rest of my experience. I sadly will not be returning to this salon due to the experience I had yesterday. I am so tired of hearing about all kinds of salons lying to their clientele to make more money. As a paying and tipping customer, I should have been treated with more care. 24 hours later, the tips on top of my nail is separated from my natural nail, my finger tips still hurt, and I am still bothered by the interaction. I will insert photos on what I originally asked for (the French tips with round nails) and what I left with. You guys may be able to zoom in on what I left with to see my finger tips bleeding. If you do visit this salon and get sat with a tall, middle aged man with a tattoo sleeve, run.

I have been going to Ultralux off and on since they opened… the location is very convenient for me. In the service Industry it’s not uncommon to have a good experience with one service from provider in a bad experience with another service provider. That’s how I feel about ultra luxe. All of the males that I have had work on me are rough, they rush and do a terrible job…. Every time I’ve got a female I’ve been pretty pleased! A few really good ones are Fiona, Linh(Lynn), Kim, and I’ve just recently started seeing Diane! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Diane! She really takes her time, and pays attention to detail! That’s exactly what Im looking for in a nail tech! She’s so kind and accommodating, and getting an appointment with her is very simple! Im so glad I had a friend that recommended her! Also, the citrus pedicure is amazing! All photos are Diane’s work.

Sakara did my nails and she did an amazing job! Very friendly, but also professional. One of the best pedicures i've ever had. The space was clean and I love my nails! Certainly will be back!
