The lady that did my nails did a fantastic job, my prom nails turned out so pretty! Thanks again!

This is by far the worst nail salon in RI !!! I got a gel manicure and gave a 20% tip. The nail tech cut my cuticle down so far, she made it bleed. Then put liquid band on it too stop the bleeding. Within a day, it became and not one but 2 nails chipped. I called, explained the situation and was told to come back and it would be taken care. When I arrived, one of the employees had the audacity too ask me if “ the incident happened at their salon “ … are you kidding me ?? The customer service is beyond horrendous and they’re incredibly rude !! 3 days later ( big surprise ) 2 more nails chipped !! After being so unbelievably insulted, you couldn’t pay me to walk back into that salon !! If I could’ve given a 0 star I would’ve !! Don’t waste your time or money at this filthy, ignorant salon with the absolute worst customer service !!!

Had the worst pedicure here! They cut my skin, didn’t fix the in grown toe nail and the waxing service was horrendous (1 wax stick during the entire service - talk about contaminating the wax!!) Also: multiple toddlers running around (employees’ kids!) Do NOT recommend

I've been going to LA Nails for over ten years! I would never go to another salon. Its walk in welcome but I always make an appointment with Cindy. Cindy is the best. As well. as Jenni but they are all great. I changed the shaped of my nails not to long ago and they look amazing and there was no problem. In the photos I put a place of the actual place sense rude people like to upload random places. I love LA Nails and will always go there. I always get so many compliments on my nails all the time!!!

I went here to have a gel dip set on Thursday, June 19th. On Saturday, June 21st, a nail fell off. Today, I am noticing the paint is chipping on several other nails. What a waste of money!!!!!

I've know of this place for over 15 years. Cindy the owner has always done an amazing job on my nails. Mimi did my pedicures and she will always be the BEST! The salon has been upgraded and it looks and feels amazing, peaceful and very clean. I do and will always recommend them specially Cindy for their great nail craft.

Terrible service three of my nails fell off less than 4 days and the staff super rude and not welcoming at all

I had to stand my ground and ask for off-white tips several times because the nail tech thought it wouldn’t look right and insisted I do white tips. It’s mind-blowing that someone would try to undermine your opinion, especially considering I am paying for it. I liked the look of the off-white tips because, as I suspected it would, they look more natural. When I was paying for the nails, the technician seemed cold. I'm not sure why there was a change in her attitude, but at the moment, I decided I wouldn’t be coming back.

Solida was amazing! This was my first time at LA Nails and I will definitely be coming back, thanks again!
