Beautiful Nails Salon

I’m super disappointed on how I was treated the last time I came in to get my nails done. I have been going here since I 17 and I’m now 26. I showed the husband of the couple who owns the nail salon what I wanted and even simplified the design. I simply asked for blue French nail tip besides one nail so I can get the blooming drops in blue and to add a flower to a couple nails he said his wife will do design and I was okay with that they have both previously worked on my nails over the years so I trusted them. After she did my nails I wasn’t pleased especially after seeing she forgot the flowers. I told her I wasn’t pleased she then kept talking over me she offered to correct it but they were about to close in 10mins and she proceeded to have a attitude i sat down to let her fix them because I like to give people chances to fix the problem or give better service. She continued to talk crap under breathe and talk over me so I just asked her to take the nails off and for a refund. My friend was with me and noticed as she was taking my nails off she was just trying to pull the acrylic off so in the one picture you can see how I left because she was hurting my nail beds she didn’t feel like soaking them off correctly so I asked her to file instead of pulling at my nail beds but she refused at first. So that’s when I decide to leave. This isn’t my first bad experience with them it’s my 3rd one.

I’ve been coming to this salon off and on for the last 3–5 years, usually only for special occasions because my schedule is extremely full, I run an organization within the world of competition singing, (we deal with casting directors from American idol / America's got talent etc), so... when I do come, it’s important to me that my nails look right for major events like the World Finals in Las Vegas or, most recently, the Ohio Finals. Unfortunately, my experience last week was very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment, knowing exactly what I wanted — short red chrome/glass nails, nothing extravagant — but the technician made me feel like I was a burden for even asking. It seemed as if she was offended that I requested something extra, even though I was more than willing to pay for it. In fact, I was charged $20 more than usual cost of dipped nails with a gemstone on the ring finger, which only reinforced the feeling that I wasn’t welcome, and even though I was disappointed I still tipped her very well. Every time I’ve visited in the past, I’ve hoped my nails would feel special, but instead I’ve left feeling like an inconvenience. This time confirmed that I won’t be back. If you’re just looking for a plain color, this salon may be fine. But if you’re hoping for something unique or for a technician who makes you feel valued, I would not recommend this place... There is a tremendous lack of skill and technique and you feel like they are trying to get done very quickly which I could understand if there were people waiting or if there were appointments after me but her appointment book was right in front of me and there was no appointments after..... it really doesn't matter, I've always felt not welcome and so I finally get it and I won't be back....

The people were really nice but i showed a picture of the shape i wanted and when they didn’t do the shape i said it was fine and i would try something new. The 2nd person who painted my nails knew it wasn’t what i wanted but it was fine. After leaving my nails were uneven and bumpy. Only a week later my nails started lifting pretty bad and only 11 days later 5 nails popped off easily due to so much lifting…. Just sad they don’t last. You can see in the photo my middle nail is shorter than my ring finger.

Went here for the first time today, I called about prices and availability before walking in. When I called they told me I could come in right away, keep in mind it was a Saturday, therefore super surprising. Everybody was insanely nice, and conversation was easy! Not only that, but my nails have never looked so good. I got a full set, and a marble effect on two of my nails, which looks amazing. I have definitely found my new favorite nail salon, after years of failed searching. Definitely reccoment. (PS it’s pretty cheap, perfect for my high school budget!) UPDATE! I have now been here over 4 times and I love this place. They are so good, especially for such a low price. I walked in the other day after breaking one of my nails, they fixed it very nicely and didn’t make me pay! The staff is super sweet, and I can see myself coming here for years!

They were amazing. My nail tech Cindy was so sweet and knowing I was new to the area treated my daughter and I with so much love and attention. She was so gentle and caring. She gained a customer and many more.

Been going here for years. New owners have improved the place, new massage chairs, offer selections of color and options for all nail types. Price reasonable! And complementary water.

Kelly and her husband are WONDERFUL!! Very nice family owned nail salon. Very personable too. I've been coming to this salon over 10 years. They do very nice work and reasonably priced too! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Beautiful Nails for many many years! They have always been professional yet very friendly. They provide excellent service and make you very comfortable while you are there! I won’t go anywhere else!

I have been coming here for years. I used to live in Dublin but moved to Pickerington almost a year ago & because I love this place so much my mother & I drive 45 mins one way to get our nails done.

I paid in cash and the lady wouldn't give me my change she said this is for his tip and kept my money I work as a server and at minimum I tip 20% most of the time 50% when I'm happy but to refuse to give me my change and started to laugh about so I let her know to keep the money and I would've left at least 20$ but refusing to give me my change wasn't funny and very unprofessional!!!! Not happy at all she decided to profile me and her workers lost out on 14$

Super cute and more professional than any other places I have been

This is my go-to nail salon, and I’ve not found anyone that does a better job. My dip polish typically lasts 3+ weeks, and the deluxe pedicure is amazing. I am almost always able to get in same-day, and the service is always timely. I make sure to tell everyone how wonderful Beautiful Nails is and send them their way.

The staff is wonderful and super nice. Asked me often if I liked how they looked so far. Paid $55 for a full set with gel that honestly wasn’t even that great. One of my nails is significantly longer than the rest. And i’ve has this set on less than 2 weeks and a just lost a whole nail which shouldn’t happen.
