If you want stylish and nice hair cut, this is the one. We have been having our haircuts in different big cities' Chinatown areas. This one is the best! The hairstylist is very professional and knowledgeable, especially Asian styles. I had a bob haircut. He is so skillful that the bob shape is formed by just cutting it, without the need of blowing it out. The price is reasonable. If we go to NYC city again, we'll definitely go there to have a haircut.

Just had a haircut and like that one review said they wash your hair throughly and give great cuts! They saw to me quickly and gave me close to my reference! Will come again!

I have hair down to my derriere, black fine hair . every several months for years i have my hair trimmed her e. Meticulous, careful and trimmed correctly. the price is mor ethan fair. I highly recommend .....

Excellent customer service. They THOROUGHLY washed/massaged my hair every time I went. Like I’m talking full on scalp massage that puts you straight to sleep. Asked for layers and since I naturally have 2A/B curly hair I was worried they would cut it too short but he gave me exactly what I wanted and kept checking in with me every few minutes or so while cutting my hair to see how I would feel regarding the length and look so far. They have great knowledge of curly hair in this salon as I was surprised he pulled out a diffuser for my curls. Definitely recommend this place!

I wouldn’t recommend this place for men or anyone that has short hair. I asked for simple buzz. A 1 on the top and a 0 on the sides with a fade. I thought I was clear, but the experience turned out to be very frustrating. The barber spent an excessive amount of time scissor cutting and barely used the electric razor, making the process much longer than necessary. When more customers came in, he tried to act like he was finished with my cut, but he hadn’t even completed the job. I still had a significant amount of hair on top, so I had to stop him and say, “Hey, this isn’t a 1, and the sides are nowhere near a 0.” He suddenly became rough and hurried, saying “ok, ok, ok.” In the end, the haircut wasn’t what I asked for and looked half-done, even worse than something from Supercuts. To top it off, he didn’t even do the fade. For a place that markets itself as a salon, it’s ironic that even a chain like Supercuts did a better job. The only reason I didn’t give this place one star is because, as other reviews mention, they do offer a nice shampooing at the start—if you’re into that. But if not, it’s just an unnecessary bonus. I left covered in hair on my clothes and face, with no effort made to clean me up. Overall, it was a one-and-done experience.

It was my first time going to this hair salon and I don’t regret it. The customer service was so good, they were very attentive to me, and I loved my haircut, plus I think their prices are reasonable.

I had a 2pm appointment and was attended to for five minutes when the hair stylist left my hair to assist walk-ins for about 45 minutes. Then my hair got dry and another person is flat ironing my hair when I specifically told them not to. Finally, the stylist came back and sprayed water on my hair and gave it a quick unprofessional cut and still charged the full price. This is my second time there and the first time was excellent. I’m not sure why they’re doing this. Their behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me today.

The staffs were nice and great service. The hair washer did a good job and were patient enough to wash and dry my hair, eventhough I had thick hair. I would gladly go there again in the near future. (=^-*=)

I had gotten a perm for $120. I showed them the picture which was a guy with long hair and a perm. I got the perm which didn't look anything like the picture and didn't even look permed. Then I got a trim I asked for a little off the back and they cut almost like a bowl cut, cutting off all the perm in turn. Waste of money

I've only gotten haircuts with Jackie and he's awesome. Does a great job, fast, nice and is at a great price. It's busy on weekends, but they take walk-ins.
