The best experience my grandma and I have ever had ! We go with mom and three generations love them!! ❤️ like...actually love them and everything they do!!
I hunted out a lot of nail salons a year before our wedding, and once I found Andy and Kate and their whole team, the hunting stopped! This was the place I wanted to bring the bridal team for pedicures, manicures, and nails! I have been faithful ever since!
After trying many nail salons throughout Reno, I’ve settled on Eden as my permanent place, and they’re on the opposite end of town from me. Each time I’ve visited Eden, the customer service has been great, the stylists are always friendly and wonderful. Their free drinks are tasty (love the margaritas). My nails always look immaculate. I’ll continue to make Eden my spot!
Unfortunately my visit was not one of the good ones. I wasn't offered a complimentary refreshment. I was charged $70 when it was a fill with I what I think is minimal design. When I left the salon and saw my nails in daylight, I was extremely bummed. One nail was filed crooked and on some nails, the polish didn't fully cover my old design I had, the polish wasn't applied to that part of the nail. After paying $70 for a fill, I felt extremely underwhelmed and let down. When I went in to have them fix it, I told them what was wrong and all that was done was filing the crooked nail and filed the nails that still showed the color. I went here because I got a gift certificate but unfortunately will not be going back because of the misrepresentation in pricing and the imperfections in my manicure.
My friend and I have been going here for a pedicure monthly for a while now. They’ve always done an incredible job! Today, the pedicure was great as always. However, I got a manicure and was less than impressed. The technician was pretty careless, when she was brushing the gel onto my nails it got all over my skin and dried onto it. The acrylics also didn’t go all the way down to my cuticles which is a bummer since they’ll look grown out quicker.
Hannah does a great job on my nails!!! I’ve been going to her for about 2 months now. Great customer service ❤️❤️
First time ever getting a gel pedicure, with Hannah. I have nerve damage and she was very gentle. Four weeks later it looks great.
I was looking to get my 16-year old daughter in for an acrylic fill. We have a friend that comes here regularly and pays $50 and that includes getting intricate designs. I called in the morning and they were able to get her in that afternoon. I looked at the pricing and their website shows $40 for a fill (the going rate around here). I dropped her off and ran to Sam’s club and she called not long after saying she was already done and they wouldn’t take AMEX. I went back and gave them a debit card instead when they told me it would be $75 and not the $40 on their website. I was shocked and the receptionist agreed that that was high. What I assume was the owner came over and told me because of the design it was an extra $35 and was belligerent and argumentative in front of everybody in the salon. As you can see the design consists of a couple hearts on only three nails which my daughter said took two minutes total and they are very messy with paint around the cuticles (barely worth $40). I couldn’t quit thinking about the fact that she was taken advantage of because of her age, and I came on here and found the same story with other reviewers, so we are not alone in this situation. Please read the reviews before you decide to spend your hard earned money here!
Horrible service, had to say multiple time that it was hurting and drew blood from both hands almost every finger then proceeded with the soak and might as well been torture. Please exercise caution when going here.
Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. If you want to pay $35.00 for 16 minutes then be my guest. The tech didn’t file the toenails on my left foot and left water all over my feet so when the lotion was applied it was a slippery mess. I’ve had polish changes that were better than this. This tech was grumpy and seemed annoyed that I wasn’t getting a gel polish. She had to add acetone to the color I picked to get it smooth enough to paint my toes and she wouldn’t let me go pick a different color when I noticed her doing this. I suspect that this old, gummy polish will mot last long on my toes. Also they soaked my feet in cold water and seemed annoyed that I wanted some hot water added (they added warm not hot and it was still cold.)The place was not as clean as I would have liked.
