Showed up for a quick hair cut (last time there took less than 4 minutes) at 945am on a Fri. No one in the waiting room. 1 of the 3 workers had someone in a chair. Other 2 standing at the desk talking and told me it was a 45 min wait. There was no one in the waiting room! Lazy!

Brittney cut my hair, I have curly hair it was clear she had little experience with curly hair since she brushed from top to end and was ripping through my hair. The front pieces of my hair were left uneven and bluntly cut. When I talked to the very kind girl at the front desk Brittney was whispering under her breath and the energy was just extremely horrible. Would not recommend if you want a place that feels inviting and welcoming. She didn’t even care to apologize nor even address the situation. Very snotty and unprofessional. A simple apology would’ve been great but I couldn’t even get that. I’m calling in the morning to get a refund (hopefully). Besides Brittney everyone there was nice and it would’ve felt like more welcoming place with her not there lol.

I was a walk-in and Emily took me right away. Senior wash and cut. Emily was professional and pleasant. She listened to me and performed with cherry attitude. I would return to her for my next trim.

I asked for a wedge and to keep my length in front. I ended up with the opposite. My hair is shorter in front than in the back and it's too short to fix without looking worse. I didn't say anything because, by the time I realized what had happened, it was too late to do anything about it. All I can do is wait about 3 months for it to grow out enough to fix.

Stylist got frustrated with me and left mid cut.Sent someone else to finish my cut. I was only trying to tell her I did not want the clippers so high. I am very soft spoken. It's not my fault she was having a bad day.
